Hello all, I registered this site probably only 2-3 days ago.
Any way I found the site from here. I deposit I play on some NBA and EuroLeague players bets.
I tried to withdraw some little amount from my Winna account but I've got e-mail 2-3 hours later my request.

They told me my account is under review. And It could take up to 5 business days!

Totally Its unacceptable. I was playing on Rollbit I was Diamond user of them (10M USD volume) but Because of resident issue I couldnt play on them further. So Winna was my alternative bookie, but after 2-3 days they did this.

What should I do ? Any suggestion guys ?

Unfortunately, I'm afraid you'd have to wait for 5 days as they instructed. Then decide what to do from there. Such reviews do happen especially with sports betting from what I've seen. Otherwise, you can try to create a post in Scam Accusations board. I did check in AskGamblers, and sadly winna is still not supported.

Were you a resident of a prohibited country in rollbit BTW? if so, have you checked if this isn't the case on Winna?

No one knows for sure what the problem is or whether there's a TOS violation. However, based on his statement he just registered and started playing a few days ago. Usually, the first withdrawal for new accounts does take longer due to standard verification for new accounts.

I think he should wait until the specified deadline. Although the withdrawal amount is small and shouldn't normally take up to 5 days, according to their rules the withdrawal verification process can take a maximum of 72 hours (3 business days), but it might take longer for first time withdrawals.

Normally betting on big leagues like NBA and Euroleague should't put a flag on somebodies account. So I think the problem might be with the odds provider. Unfortunately betby has a history of suspending accounts way too quick for no reason, often these things get resolved though. When betby is telling winna to put the account on hold there is basically nothing they can do but wait. Personally I am totally not a fan of betby and I stay away from betting on their odds, just for reasons that I have seen in here fairly often. Let's hope this gets resolved quickly!

On Rollbit, Actually I started play there I think in 2022 or 2021. I played lots of amount, I witdraw huge amount. They did not do anything. But after they told me Turkey is not acceptable. But ofcourse I asked them Why now ? Why did not do anything before, They were silence keep said T and C like this.
We closed that capture normally they have waited my open bets after got conclusion of bets they sent my remaining balance in one second and closed my account.

But for Winna I remembered that I check country block list I havent seen. Also I am playing megadice, chips.gg, acebet etc lots of betby, There is no problem.
Like I said I played on NBA and Euroleague players bets. Of course I choose which bookie giving best odds I prefer them. Why would I think opposite ?

Yes, Actually I am also thinking like that. I did not provide the betting odds their traders offers to users.
So Why am I getting such behaviour by the bookies ?
Please tell me am I wrong ?
Also why other betby bookies dont say anything except them ?

I think Winna has small diameter vision, which I saw and after this problem even if them decide to continue with me I will not give them this opportunity.
I am playing huge volumes like I said Rollbit, Cloudbet, asian bookies.

Hope it will get solution asap.

I think for 2 or 3 some players bets put me in this situation.

But really funny amount. Totally I have balance on them apprx 900U USD now. I deposited 700 USD.

So This bookie is doing only for 2-3 hundred usd. If I were them;

Ok this users doing something lets pay them all money they have and told him we will not work with you anymore I 'd  appreciate them.
That has to be like this, under review, such investigations.. Those are not necessary and people see those written things, They will think "hmm who did such thing for this guy also They can do for me.

It totally unnecessary.

Anyway will see what is going to happen!

Yes, You are right. The problem is the time actually. 5 business day for me high. But they have decided to do that. For my side I should wait their response.

Even when wearing a signature I always speak my opinion and several things on winna need improvement.

1. Still the VIP transfer. Waited for 9 days now and nothing is happening. I mean, don't advertise 24 hours (even now, when finishing the application it says 24 hours) and then do nothing, that's not how it's supposed to be. If you can't do it properly or in time just don't offer it or at least suspend it for a while until you are all caught up.

2. Sports bets cash outs: Twice now I have clicked on cash out and got a significantly smaller amount than what was offered on the button to click. Sure, cash out amounts change but when they do there should always be a reconfirmation about this. You can't just suddenly give 25% less than what it showed when i clicked, that's a HUGE difference! This make you go from a profit into loss real quick.

3. Results von casino games just don't show up in the games history, like they have never been played. For people that want an overview of their bets that's very annoying I assume. If you have a history everything should be displayed!

4. Support: simply too slow for a site with higher aspirations. 30min and more waiting is just not good these days. My last question took 55min to get a first "Hello.", then 25min to the next reply.  Roll Eyes

I hope they are occasionally reading in here cause these things really need improvement!! Honestly, if they keep this VIP transfer problem going they will lose several people that initially thought about starting to play at their site. First experience being a bad (annoying) experience is nothing any player wants to have.
