^ Damn, guys. I'm carrying the Winna signature so of course I'm promoting and supporting them, but that does feel like hard luck on the VIP transfer.
Hoping that the reps of Winna see these VIP transfer issues and at least work out a reasonable time for them to complete wagers. A casino's word should be honored especially in case of @32red who was promised no time limit.
We all know what ToS and discretion to change is but you need to treat the biggest clients right.
Everybody was promised no time limit, not just him. I have been told the same, especially because I specifically asked about that and the VIP host confirmed. It's false advertising, plain and simple. It's crazy how casinos get away with this shit. In the real world a contract is a contract, you can't just change it within a couple of months. Yeah sometimes things change, I get that, but not that way. In real life this would be a clear contract violation with reason to sue.
Oh by the way, they also screwed their players in a different way. The email when the change notification came said:

Same again in the update email, both address to my username by the way, so you would think I am eligible right?
After June 8th, when the time came to pay up players that reached the goal (me included) guess what, now they claimed this "bonus" was just for players that started the transfer between April 8 and June 8. The email came on April 10 by the way.
So I was not "eligible" according to the support because my transfer started in January. In no way there was anything in the email that said ANYTHING about that.
Another fake promise promotion to make people wager thinking they can get something from it. Some (me included) would call it a scam, cause that's what it was.
