Well if they don't come up with the best excuse of all time, which is unlikely, I think a ban should still be on the table. I mean a case like this is unprecedented until now as far as I know. Imagine what they are willing to do to their players (and their money) if even in a forum they are ruthless enough to take such measures. It shows the true nature of the people behind the site and that they can't be trusted. Been saying that for months already and glad more people see the truth now.

And for me, I'm still trying to figure out why a promising crypto casino such as Winna will choose to engage in such act of bribing instead of doing what was right, because at this moment they seems to have used their own hand to destroy their business by themselves, which will literally start making people to be scared of using the casino from now.
However, in regards to the second question you just asked if they are not advertising elsewhere.  I'm pretty much sure that as long as they have the money to pay for ads, Google will gladly agree to promote this casino on its service just the same way they did for 1xbit or 1xbet.

With those deleted cases active again, I don't think that's a prudent solution as that will guarantee the affected users not to receive their disputed funds that they are fighting for!!

If they have nothing to hide and believe this was done in error, they can find the person or subcontractor who was involved in the whole saga and call him out , just maybe.. the forum will give them a second chance and start from there..

I too was in their signature campaign but felt wrong wearing something I did not have confidence with. Never did have an account with them since had enough sites to gamble with but after reading a few accusation against them knew it would eventually turn out to have many more in the future, so stayed well away from them after removing their signature.
But now hearing about moderators being paid to delete harmful evidence towards the site, it seems they sunk to even a deeper low than I even thought they would.

It is very bad they ended up this way. And none of them have said anything. The charges against them are much. The first charge is scamming and the second one is bribing the moderator and the third charge is the deleting the Scam Accusation Threads. And with all those actions it is very much clear that they are not here for good purpose but to scam. If there were here for good, they would have solved the accusations without bribing anyone and continue their stay in the forum. I think it is better for them to leave the forum.

The forum does not have CIA or FBI agents here, at least if they are here, their purposes are not doing anything with this case. It's hard to prove that Winna were behind this or not, and even the staff sapta can not prove it too. The person who contacted sapta would possibly not use his real identity, so if sapta did not hide anything more, I believe he will not be able to prove that person is from Winna.

Logically, there is no random person did it for any company just for fun if they don't have relationship with the company. That conspiracy theory, what said by bennet is impossible to demonstrate too.

Why anyone would pay a moderator to do this things if they are not from the casino and benefit directly from the censoring of scam accusations??

The only option is Winna caused all of this, and it is a shame because I know members from the campaign that lost their place because of a dumb decision like this. Even many casinos with scam acussations still keep working because people play even if there are some weird cases about money frozen or winnings void

Forum policy doesn't moderate scams. A scam website still can manage channels and campaigns in the forum unless doing any practice that can be subject to ban from using the forum like posting malwares or spam. This is a major reason why we see all those brand choosing bitcointalk to post their Announcement thread.

For Winna, it wasn't a dumb decision like you described. Someone made an estimation that those pending scam accusations are worth millions of dollars. By paying $100K to a moderator is a good deal for them to keep that money without damaging their reputation and remain active as much as possible to trap more victims until everything started to collapse.

I'm not sure there will be any Campaign Manager who continues to run casino promotions, who gets accused of fraud. It's about the credibility of a manager.
Especially on a site like Winna, the accusations are very serious.

Campaign managers should have decided to cooperate when the site being promoted received such serious accusations. Moreover, the money used in the accusation is not small, especially involving former staff for the case.

This casino site is no longer appropriate to be on this forum, I also hope that in the future there will be no new campaign manager who will run the promotion.

Continuing the signature campaign would have been an indirect sign of been an accomplice with the scam allegation against that casino. And for any reasonable manager, stopping it immediately was indeed the best decision anybody would have done in other to protect his reputation on this forum. And currently now an immediate removal of its signature and avatar by member who ones participated in the signature campaign is very necessary at this moment, until Winna clears all allegation claims against its casino.

However, I'm happy with the way scams are been treated very seriously on the bitcointalk, because it's very possible the admin would have taken bribe just as the moderator did and allow the casino keep scamming people, but yet they stood  to do the right thing and not take bribe from casinos.

The representative last active was 4 days ago; he may log in and post again here, but there will be a lot of explaining to do, or they will just abandon this announcement just like all the other casinos with announcements that accumulate bad feedback.

the same Berlin address appearing throughout the wider corporate network;

It's only my gut feelings even as being said, I am not an expert in investigate about casinos but after a long time of believing in the company, I saw many complaints and accusations about them. Again, I am not sure but my gut feelings forced me to stop promoting them and it seems I was right with that decision.

It's hard to know the actual flows of action in this case but the very ending is not good. Who are middle men is not important as what happened only shown that there are something wrong with Winna. As in my thinking, it's almost impossible to have a competitive company tried to do that because if they did that to attack Winna reputation, they would reveal the story months ago.

While the fact is theymos only discovered and investigated it by himself recently.

Just in theory, if winna casino solve in gamblers favor all the accusation cases, honestly confess about bribery, it might give them a little chance to fix their reputation. However, I think they and their account should receive a perma tag or warning about this case, for new gamblers to be aware of what they did. Anyway, the more they keep silent and ignoring this situation, the more it shows how they dont give a damn about this situation.
