OP claims the opposite. He said he didn’t get any clarification from your part on why you limited his account and why you rejected his withdrawal request.
He claims that you just told him that his account is being investigated and that this may take up to five working days!
You were informed about the decision and your account got locked because of that.
OP claims that his account was not locked when he created this topic and that his account was only limited and he wasn’t able to withdraw but he was able to log into his account and place bets! So, who is telling the truth here?
