Well, sometimes it's the satisfaction factor that makes us lose our jobs. We are not satisfied anymore, it ain't enough, the salary is very low, those types of reasons tell us that we are better than that.

It's not wrong to ask for more, but there are times when we are too confident that we may fall because of what we will do. I remember that one NBA player being offered $20M contract and ended up with only $8M on another team because they refused it, trying to make it higher through waiting. It's either the agent's or the player's fault, but it's a very big mistake that resulted in a loss.

The reverse is even more horrible. I am not making a lot of money, it's basically 50% of what I need, and I would be ok with twice the money to just live normally, not like rich or anything, just a normal life in my nation costs double the money I earn.

But at the same time, I love my job, I write for a living, and because of that I love it, and I can't give up, I tried even giving up for a while, but it's literally the best job, one day I will be forced to leave because of financial reasons, but until then I want to keep doing this as a job as much as I can, because I love it. So if you do a job for passion, money becomes an issue and then you end up with losing your job not because you want to, but because you have to.

I don't agree with this, working is different with working with comfort or peace of mind. Have you heard of toxic boss before? I have had experience with one, my stay on be job was 10 moths but the experience was hell for me. This woman was in her early 40 and never been married before, always angry over little things and the job is under pay, I was only looking for a place to hang around to find something doing but the experience I had was unbearable.

Some boss can make you look for alternative even if you don't want to leave. This woman course me one day and that was the day I knew I'm done with her job, I left without resignation letter, no notice and I never spoke with anyone there until after some months other staff check up on me and that was when I realized they later left too. Heard the company isn't longer functioning and she has change the business to one manage business, where she doesn't need anyone again, terrible sadistic human being

It’s hard to leave your current job when you have a family to feed, I’m really guilty on this thought. But unless you won’t start taking risk, you won’t land into another, your dream job that pays over the other job. However, this is quite easy to say but actually hard to do when you’re in the real situation. It’s easier to just add another income than to completely quit from your job.

Due to high competition and having that system that we do know that those who do have someone that having known someone will be always having the advantage and no matter how good your credentials on which it wouldnt be that enough for you to become to land up a job and thats the reality that we do have now. We can definitely say that there's always that advantage that to those people who do have that known someone that it could recommend them. Its really that sad to look up that there are tons of people that graduated on college and endin up on having a job on which arent that getting in line with their expertise, but since they dont have any choice and wanted to live and survive then they would be needing up to deal up with it and thats the reality that we do have today. Its normal that there's always those people who do have that edge and could be hired out without having that much good academic achievements or what.

In overall we are that doing on all sorts of things and some people do swallow up their pride despite of their achievements but they do deal up with those jobs that they dont like but later on they do make out that adaptation because they dont have any choice or option at all. Be grateful on what you do have now on which instead on trying out to make up some decisions on dealing up with something that you dont see yourself that being that already excessive. This sounds a little bit like we should be happy to stay at our current jobs and think of it as something that'll pay in the long run. Dude, whatever pay you're receiving, if it's not ok now it'll be way worse even in the long run. Your priorities would increase, your bills, your needs, your responsibilities, but your income? ... I think you should socialize with more people out there. If your social circle is not broad enough, it will be difficult to detect what I mean. Many of my friends quit their jobs because they were tired or lazy, or they felt that what they were doing was not in line with their desires. This is especially true for the Gen Z generation. Some of my friends who work in HR have said the same thing about the state of the workforce in their respective companies.
