This is what most people normally forget after getting a job without remembering that no matter how little the salary might be if you are the type that normally utilize money you would definitely achieve something regardless of the amount. Because once you are not good in utilizing money even if you get a huge job you would still not going to make any change from it. Though, this has reminds me of a company in my place were workers was complaining about how small the salary is, even though most of them quit the job without having any plans, right now they are looking for that particular job no way again which very wrong decisions.

This is the mindset of someone who want to live an average life. Everybody's goals are different, if you want to be comfortable with having the little and save it up until you start something, just know you will be patiently willing to sacrifice years of being in that position for long until you achieve it.

There are a lot of people who have money but do not enjoy it in a minute because they do not have peace of mind having such funds, yet their accounts read in millions and billions of dollars but the way such wealths were acquired do not give them peace of mind. Imagine being a swindler and making your money through kidnapping or hacking into people's wallets to steal money or making money from rituals? How do you get peace of mind and true contentment from such wealth.

It is good to always aim for high paying jobs but not when the job involves hacking into people's money to steal it away from them or looting public funds to personal accounts for personal benefits. I won't opt in for such jobs and would rather remain in my current job description.

Don't just be grateful for your current job, but also don't forget to express gratitude for it. Even though the salary isn't much, you can buy whatever you want, eat well every month, fulfill your wishlist one by one, and enjoy other simple things you couldn't have before. Compare your suffering to the suffering of those around you and those without jobs, and you'll realize how much luckier you are.

I am not totally buying this, because if you keep doing this job, well depenidng on the job, you might never have time to find something better, many old people worked their asses to death, and before they realize what's happening, time is no longer on their side, I am not totally against your opinion but it is bad of your job keeps you busy all the time that you don't have enough time to reason and think ahead for yourself.

It is good to be grateful but it is not wrong to look for better jobs, how can a man be happy when he is earning too less for himself and his family all because he has a job and can't find another? It is still something like you said but that won't change anything, he can be trapped in tha job for many years to come without making any difference because he can't even safe some money from it.

Everyone wants to improve in life, there is a connection with their next of kin, since there are limitations in jobs and other facilities compared to our population, some are getting opportunities and some are not. In this situation, those who are getting opportunities should be satisfied with what they have and work hard so that they can improve in the future, and when they reach a good position, they should help those who are in a lower position so that they can get to a better position. It is foolish to want to improve yourself by harming or being jealous of someone else. You're right no matter how small our monthly income is, we can't compare ourselves with those who are just sitting at home wasting a whole lot of time. Even though some people would prefer staying at home due to the pay rate I think they're just making the worst mistake ever, even though the income is not big enough so long as is enough for us to take care of our expenses and still remain some leftover is perfectly fine.

The truth is the more your responsibility is climbing that's the More you will keep thinking high, but even as that is never right for a guy to leave his current job for any reason unless he have gotten a new one.
