You're right but I think it depends on the aspect you're talking about, if it's in the aspect of money. There's no amount you will make that will be enough for you, because the higher you earn that's the More your expenses will keep increasing so you will have to look for a way to increase your income to enable you meet up with your expenses. maybe your job is not paying well then you also have every right to look for a more decent job but not that you will just quit from the current one, first you will have to look for a replacement before leaving. This way I can't say that a guy is greedy.

There are people who earn a decent amount and are actually content with the pay and their lives. If an organization is hiring and the job is without stress and has a conducive environment for working, a lot of people could be content working there despite the average pay. Everyone wants a nice and relaxing and peaceful life but we should note that you can have deep deep pockets and still not be happy or have a meaningful life.
We've got people who aren't all that materialistic and are very content with their pay as it is enough for their immediate expenses and then some for savings.

As an employee, you should have at least a target of 15 years to work in any company then you have saved enough money to start up your business, that's the only way to be be rich, depending on salary won't get you to higher level in life, you have to gain experience and get enough money to pull out to start a business.

Even when you start your business, you are advised not quit our job , keep your job while your hire expert to run your business, because as a start up business, you need funds to run it till you start to generate funds to run the business.  Many quick their jobs immediately they start up business, that's very wrong approach in business. You should know that human beings don't easily get satisfied, I could imagine the feeling when we are yet to get a job. We keep praying to God to bring job opportunities for us irrespective of the amount they are paying and when our prayer is been answered, at first we will be satisfied for the maintime but after some years and maybe we have a friend who is earning more than us at this point we won't feel comfortable with our current job as we will be struggling to work in the same company with our friend since thier company is paying a huge amount of money. Yeah, but probably it's better to thank God or whatever you praise on what you have. It's called gratitude and with that, I think you will be satisfied enough. Instead of wanting things that you don't have.

What every wise person seeks is peace and tranquility. Some people are obsessed with spending a lot of money on the latest gadgets, sports cars, luxury homes, and perhaps even exclusive items. And that can lead them to constantly pursue a limit that will actually never end. Grateful people are those who prioritize function over prestige. Being poor will never be fun, and that's a fact. But being rich doesn't always mean happiness. Being someone who continues to struggle and work hard for life and is grateful for whatever results they get is the definition of true happiness. Fully agree with your opinion, being grateful for what we have nowadays is make us happiness think many people still difficult for getting job, improving financial condition until most of them can't get enough rest after working full day. Most of us not really grateful exactly some one have good job with enough salary payment but still looking other opportunity by leaving their current job already make them comfortable. There are some countries where it is not possible to provide jobs to educated unemployed youth and the government is not able to create enough opportunities, so how can one leave a job and enjoy life? In my country, millions of unemployed youth are still unable to find jobs, leading to a life of despair. In my country, getting a government or private job is as valuable as getting a golden deer. So in my country it is very tough to leave one job and get another one because of which we cannot easily leave any job and we cannot enjoy the real taste of our life.

This is a deep statement that also reflects on this topic and means that you don't discard what you have, be it job or business,  when you have, not found an alternative. African proverbs like this gives deeper meanings than just reading it as you have rightly said. Some people are so funny and stupid at the same time. The moment they get a promise from someone they get all exited and get lost in what they are currently doing.  A promise that you donot know if it will be fulfilled or even if it will be fulfilled you are not sure of when the fulfilment will come.
I've come across a few set of people that go as far as cancelling what they were doing because of a promise. Do I even talk of the staffs that fail to show up at work the next morning because of a job opening they saw else were?

Doing a business along with job won't be an easy thing because business require your full time supervision. There are people in my office who started business along with job but the business failed to move on. We spend our prime time in office i.e. 9am to 5pm and after that our energies are not of that level to manage business. If you want to increase your income along with job then better do some extra work like online job which gives you extra income. But if someone is thinking of running a business then he has to quit his job to give time and energies to his business.
