Winna Casino - Won't let me withdraw - Support doesn't respond - Resolved

Hi everyone, here's an update.

I've messaged HolyDarkness with video proof of each email I've had with Bennett including my KYC proof. I also provided video proof of my entire crypto wallet dating back to August 4th to show I never received any funds that Winna said I did. Hopefully, HolyDarkness is able to confirm once he's available as I know he's very busy. I didn't post the videos here in the thread as it does contain sensitive information of mine.

For anyone reading in, it's been 122 days since the beginning of this nightmare with Winna. There is so many inconsistencies from BennettWinna I'd like to share a few.

I had many pending withdrawals that amounted to over $4k, they were all CANCELED by Winna, NOT ME, my funds were confiscated. I was accused of value betting. I ask for evidence, no evidence provided by winna. I was accused of gambling the pending withdrawals away, I asked them to please provide the entire bet log to show evidence I gambled it away. No evidence and they deactivated my account right after so I couldn't show the logs. I provided my entire sports log in the main post, as you can see the majority of them were AI games which they provide and cricket, and over unders on basketball.  

We can see in this thread from Bennett's responses, he's very condescending and deflects when directly asked about certain things.

I've provided all the necessary proof to show that Bennett and Winna are playing games and lying, I hope that with the confirmation of the videos I sent to holy that other users can see that also.

I am yet to look into them for two reason, though: one, bennettwinna is not in good communication with me and my previous nudge is yet to be opened thus, I am not sure if my nudge [whatever that will be] after I watch the extra proof OP provide to me, will not come to deaf ear. And two, due to one, I value OP's privacy and don't want to see his personal data before I know I can get Winna's attention.

Apologies about that holy but I'm at a point that I need to keep the transparency on my end as I want it to be clear Winna isn't doing their part. Time and time again it has only been excuses from them, they need to be held accountable for this. 4 months is an awful long time to remain patient and continue to be told that I'm lying, when I'm replying with proof every single time they make an excuse.

Uhh, I have to say I am left a bit confused here. My last nudge to Bennett got a nudge back, and if I understand his response correctly, you've actually done the KYC and the agreement completed by both parts in the past? I tried to confirm this but my message left unread [hopefully simply due to weekend]. But... please confirm or perhaps give your side of this claim?

The videos I sent you alone should prove that I never received any funds after Winna stated what you said above.

It's clear Winna is not going to pay me out or settle even after I completed the current KYC that I provided screenshots of. And yes I did previously decline the offer because why would I take almost 60% less than I won? After 128 days, I just want the settlement and to get out of this loop of waiting and waiting to get a response from a non existent rep.

If I understand things correctly, OP was locked out from his account with whatever left in his account. He no longer has access to withdraw or to do anything. After a discussion off screen [by email] they agreed to let him regain access to his account to withdraw an agreed amount, following a KYC and other terms, that OP seems to have to do it manually [he sent proof to me that he did sent proof of documents and other KYC related things to Winna]. And this is where we are.

I don’t understand how late betting works, odds are closed when games are finished or complete. Majority of my bets were placed on AI games as well.

You'll have to ask EGIS about they are the ultimate authority in this matter.

This of course does not absolve Bennett of prior agreements or promises. Hopefully he understands that it sucks to have to KYC yourself for nothing.

I'll be 100% honest with you. I didn't see that term until the egis response. I couldn't tell you the difference from value betting or late betting and I only responded about the value betting because that's what I was initially accused of. I would think that to be Bennett's position to bring that up with my so called "value betting".

2) Escalated to Egis which took almost a month to come up with a solution which was only giving me back my deposits of $897.xx, they didn’t show any proof either and then I was accused of late betting as you brought up.

3) I completed KYC and sent everything Bennett asked for
through email. No response. I provided all the proof to holydarkness. I reached back out to Bennett he responds “You were the one leaking private conversations and refusing to take the offer.” I asked for a direct answer if he will be allowing me to enter my account and withdrawal the balance. No response from Bennett even when he was online on the forum.

No, I'm asking if there were more conversation being exchanged after the snippet provided above, where you ultimately declined their offer of KYC and return of fund agreed, and choose to escalate to EGIS instead, as per your timeline on point 1 and 2, I marked in red.
