No, I'm asking if there were more conversation being exchanged after the snippet provided above, where you ultimately declined their offer of KYC and return of fund agreed, and choose to escalate to EGIS instead, as per your timeline on point 1 and 2, I marked in red.

If there was more conversation with Bennett outside of what I sent you in the videos, no. If there was a response from EGIS, yes.

The only "conversation" in those emails were me asking them every week about an update, and then asking them after the "solution" that they never provided evidence and Bennett already agreed to said amount of $1,800. I went ahead and sent you the video just now.

2. EGIS said that the OP was guilty of past betting.
3. In looking at the bets, value betting doesn't apply.
4. You need to know if the bets were past bet.
5. If past betting occurred, then the bets are void.
6. If past betting didn't occur, then the bets should be paid in full.

The only thing you need to look at is the past betting claim. No one ever gets penalized for past betting, the bets are just voided.

Do you know which bets Winna considered value bets or EGIS considered late? Looking at anything else is a waste of time since these are the reasons for not paying you. I'll look at the bets and timelines if you know the disputed bets. Then holy can make a deal when he gets the facts. The case has been going on since August and there's nothing to refute the claims made by Winna and EGIS. That's all that they want to see.

They've never pinpointed any bet or even showed evidence. It's been nothing but words. They won't even provide logs of the casino bets aside from the sports bets that I won even more from. Bennett also falsely accused me of gambling away my winnings but when I asked for logs of my whole history (including casino bets where I won also) my account was deactivated.

I'm afraid the conversation is not exactly like what depicted on the two images that I [now that I see the exact sequence, I'll fully own it] apparently mistakenly and poorly choose. For reference and in order not to disclose from other parties side, aside from what already publicly shared, the entire conversation [and then some] is as what's shown here.

OP is being transparent with his entire conversation with bennettwinna, didn't snip anything, at least none that I'm aware of, excepting the follow up emails that are sent after that old post was made.

With this though, one statement and two opinions came to my mind.

The statement: the binding agreement OP entered with Winna through Bennett [as I referred in older post] wasn't binding anymore due to the fact that OP walked out from the written contract himself when he rejected the clause of the agreement, namely the value:



Regardless that in future emails, OP reached to winna again after reconsidering his situation and renegotiated an amount and finally agree to the initially offered amount. The written contract never exist since OP walked out from it in the first place when it was initially offered. OP's approach and further action to perform KYC in the future can be seen as an one-sided action as Winna never agreed to or revisited the initial settlement after OP walked out from it as OP deemed he entitled for more.

This, "entitled for more", birthed a question of his true balance that I don't have access to, as it's not included in OP's video, but luckily, revisiting the whole thread again, I found out that it's preserved by nutildah here [as well as ibb, but F you, ibb].

The first opinion: following more closely and adding EGIS's ruling [quoted below], I think I can understand where the balance difference came from, the 5,000 v. 1,800. If I guessed correctly, OP's flagged bet [as ruled by EGIS] was in one of his initial bet. This created a domino effects where bets made with funds "tainted" by the winning from the flagged bet were subjected to be voided too,



These wall of text leads us to my second and final opinion: in line with EGIS's ruling, OP is entitled to what remains of his fund, 897.11 USD. OP, if you're agree to this amount? And bennettwinna, if you'd like to cooperate with EGIS and honor their ruling too?

Unfortunately, I do agree. After 137 days and Winna unable to provide any proof. I'm just ready for this bullshit to be over and never deal with a company like this again.
