This is a good development in the African Football domain, What the African Football Federation President is doing by visiting the disgraceful Senegalese Football Federation, is the right thing to do, he has to once again tell them to obey the law and return the Trophy which is absolutely the right thing for them to do, else they will have to face heavy sanctions, and they will have no choice but to forfeit their rights to participate in the FIFA World Cup if they eventually refuses to return the Trophy, I think Nigeria would be very happy to take their place, I know there are so many Nigerians here who would be happy with that Outcome, because Nigeria a disgraceful country wouldn’t also be at the World Cup, because I’m completely sure that FIFA would have to come into play here, before Senegal would completely destroy African Football.

I don't blame Senegal for what they are doing for not allow law to have her way, because they know anything can happen in Africa to make them lose the trophy they have already won. I know Senegal government will advise his players to release the trophy to see what FIFA officials will conclude about the matter, because something like this may happen in the future and this will be an evidence that will make any club to claim their right immediately.

This is Africa, I don't think FIFA president will rule this case for the favour of Senegal club, because the host are eager to win the trophy by all means. We all know what the host did to super eagle of Nigeria club just to make sure they qualify and they succeeded through the referee.

It's unfortunate that Morocco for just because they hosted the AFCON are so desperate to take (not win) the trophy through the back door never minding the shame and ridicule this whole situation is turning on African football. I wonder how the world would be looking at us now and how seriously Amy reasonable football lover would want to take the AFCON tournament as anything with integrity with what CAF and Morocco football governing body together are doing. They wouldn't dare this nonsense to Nigeria and they just should thank their stars it wasn't Nigeria like Senegal that legitimately won this particular AFCON tournament.

CAF and Morocco has turned African football into a joke, and I think they aren't bothered how the world would see African Cup as long as they achieve their aim of stripping Senegal off their trophy. But I like as Senegal aren't ready to relinquish their trophy to Morocco. CAF president is corrupt, so even though it was Nigeria that was in the place of Senegal now, CAF will still order Nigeria to return the African Cup of Nations to Morocco.

The African football Federation is not doing that job and they are turning African football into real joke, what is happening in Africa now is just showing the world who we truly are, the only reason why CAF is always favoring Morocco this way is because they believe Morocco is more successful than their  the rest country in Africa when it comes to economy and development. They are not supposed to treat people or other African country like they don’t exist or they don’t matter simply because they are not developed if we Africans can be treating some part of Africa this way what will happen in the world of football, we complain of a lot of things that are happening to Africa players meanwhile with the African people that are supposed to set a good example so that people in the world can look imitate from us and treat us well.

In what way is the Morocco economy better than all African countries?, if is about the GDP of all the country Morocco are not even the third in Africa so they do not have an economy nobody else has so if the economy is what attract the CAF president to a country there are other countries he would have started siding for, So definitely they no that Morocco is not the country with best economy so perhaps he just like Morocco more than all our countries that's why he is not considering anything, his country South Africa has a booming economy than Morocco so assuming that it was South Africa that won as Senegal, would he transfer the trophy back to Morocco?, I don't believe he would do that but stead make Morocco to suffer from the decision he would make in helping his country.

CAF knows that they cannot do it because the act will become something they intentionally want to make the name of Senegal not to be mention in the world sports and that would be twice important thing they would be making Senegal to loss, taking the trophy and disqualifying them from what they have suffered to achieved. Perhaps this will not be more than speculation we have made it but wouldn't be what they would do to Senegal if they weren't able to get the cup from them. Super eagles is not even a good replacement for Senegal in the world Cup if the Senegal could perform as the AFCON.

CAF president is mean, and if he has the power to make Senegal forfeit their place in the world cup he will gladly do it and he will not bother himself with what people will think or say about his action towards Senegal, but i like the way FIFA president is not involving himself with the saga going on with CAF, Morocco, and Senegal, if not it would have been easy for CAF to make Senegal forfeit their place in the world cup, and i like the way Senegal is not ready to succumb to CAF's decision. Senegal is not forfeiting their place in the world cup, so you should not project the super eagles as a replacement for Senegal in the world cup.

Of course the FIFA President has integrity and wouldn't want to get himself involved in this show of shame the CAF President has involved himself.CAF knows they have no Powers to make such call for Senegal not attend the World Cup tournament. I really like the stance the the Senegal side are taking, not to relinquish the Cup to anybody. If you must win a Cup, it must be done within the field of play, and not through the backyard door. If I was Morocco, I would even have been ashamed to drag on further on these.

Well my point in all this why are the CAF not even forgetting all this shit it just to much with all this long talks about well this sould more an immature to the CAF, my question is point do they even have that they even put players who have won the tournament to tell them they can not play in the next season this is really such a big shame to hear this news.

What am really concerned about is the very bad precedent that CAF is trying to set, they are trying to make it look compulsory for any host of the AFCON to always emerge winner thereby giving undue advantage to the hosts during the tournament and that's why the Morocco national where acting up as if they were untouchable during the ongoing games.
Haven lost the finals to Senegal I wasn't expecting any of such drama that is happening now and for the sake of integrity and self respect I thought the Moroccan FA would issued a statement declining CAF's offer of announcing them as the winners of the competition but reverse is what's building up.

Well the problem between Morocco and Senegal isn’t going away anytime soon, I think this problems would be carried out to the Football Governing Body (FIFA) and some investigations have to be done properly on this matter of players that was selected as U-15, this players that represented Senegal aren’t U-15 years of age, I don’t just understand why Senegal have to always drag the name of African Football to the mud, I’m calling on investigations to be carried out, so that the appropriate punishment would be dished out to them, most of this players selected have 2-3 children at 15 years how is that even possible.

Somedays ago, I was listening to a Brazilian player talk about African Countries selecting over aged players for Under age competition, more like what Morocco is talking about Senegal right now, he literally said that the players he played against when he faced Ghana already has 3 kids when he was having a personal conversation with them, how do you have 3 kids as a 15 years old, it’s alarming what African football have been made a mess by this Senegalese, Senegalese are a disgrace to African Football.

Everytime Senegal, Senegal is always in the top of terrible news headlines in Africa Football, does that not ask a question about their integrity.

CAF competitions are becoming a joke with every aspect of weird thing happening there. From removing a cup from the winner team to corruption to a referee stopping the game before the end of the legal time... I cannot count. Interestingly it is always Morocco involved along with Senegal..
Well I don't know about how accurate Moroccan claims are but people in the south are more developed physically than the north parts of Africa. The problem with this story is that Senegal removed once players that cheated on their age before a U17 international competition. It happened before FIFA intervention from what I heard. Otherwise Guirane N’Daw said few years ago that all Senegal players cheated on their age including himself. Yeah that claim is not helping at all. It will just bring doubt every time

I don't even know what there reasons might be for trying to get the trophy for Morocco by all means and we should understand that what is happening and what caf is doing might only bring more problems and they need to take it more seriously because how would they play a game on the pitch and the next thing is that Senegal broke some roles and what I expected was a fine and nothing more than that until I saw the news that they want to give out the trophy Morocco and I don't know what the agenda of CAF is but the nations need to appeal to what ever the Judgement might be.

And afcon use to be one of the best leagues ever but even from how it happens it is better to just accept it that they wanted to take what belongs to the Senegalese and things like this will never happen in the world cup so why is that it is happening now in afcon so things like this should be addressed so that it does not repeat it self.

They failed to take decisive actions against Morocco and their fans during the African Cup Of Nations tournament and went on to award the trophy to Morocco after over two months Senegal were crowned champions. This is actually an entirely different game or tournament easily, I know they will be complaining of over aged players because this isn’t new I can still remember the flying eagles of Nigeria usually getting blackish at the World tournament then because the body physics of our black rock players were seeing as actually been for a older generation, international players like Romelu Lukaku actually did suffer such a terrible fate in world football and had to get his mom to bring birth certificates for some opponents. This isn’t something new it just get escalated because of the already existing heat or bad blood between the two club. I don’t think this is seriously compared to the AFCON saga,  which regardless of how it later gets solved will definitely not erase the negativity or taint that it has created on the continental football

When it comes to over age players, it is very common in the African football and I don't really know why we can not keep to that simple instructions. I guess that it is always so because, here in Africa, most children grow below their real age possibly due to malnutrition or imbalanced dieting. So what they rely on is manipulating their weight especially during the screening period and using the over aged people with lower weights to jump the normal process. Back in my college days, I have witnessed several screening exercises where over aged are chosen as long as their weight falls within range. If a proper investigation is made, most African teams will fall victim of this foul play, so I don't support focusing on Senegal to victimise them alone.

We can also blame CAF for not doing proper screening during registration. There are players who a common sense will let you know that such person is above the age he claims, but most times bribery and corruption will not allow them do their job at the right time. I don't like all these after tournament investigations. Senegal has won, so be it! Let them not start another level of politics this time except they can get Senegal to pay a fine for that.
