Borrowing money to do something means that that thing is a necessity and needs to be done by all means. And like we know, that’s not what gambling is, it’s not a matter of urgency that should be done immediately and should incase you feel like gambling but don’t have the money to do so at the moment, then it’s better to just leave and come back when you have spare money to do so and not to resort to taking of loan to gamble by all means, that just shows the highest level of gambling addiction.

This is not just in gambling in other investments it is not good to use borrowed money to start up a business which you don't know what the outcome is going to be it's just that gambling is the most dangerous of them all because you may not even understand how the money you borrowed will go if you use it to gamble and lose. Gambling should be done using spare money just like an amount that wouldn't affect you after losing but you see those who gamble with borrowed money they stand to put themselves at risk because they will pay back loan they didn't used for something useful.

I would not agree with the part apart borrowing money for business, you should know that almost every business you see today do borrow money at some point.. Borrowing for start up business could be more riskier than someone already in the business.. But still either of them do still borrow..

And for borrowing money for gambling, I have said it before, I will never be in support of it, because you will be pressured about not losing the money.. Money that should be used for gambling, should be money that won’t affect you if it gets lost…

I will not justify any reason when someone takes a loan to gamble. My friend is a gambler, a serious one for that matter. Some days ago he asked me to borrow him money to gamble and I told him not to borrow money to gamble but gamble with what he can afford to lose but he refused. Instead he went ahead to borrow from another person to pay back with interest, gues what?
He loss the game and now he is owing Capital and interest together that will surely be paid now he keeps blaming me that If I had given the loan to him, that he would have just owe me the capital without interest.

Truly the easy availability of loans is why many folks just jump into taking loans without even having to think about it. I think that the term and conditions for borrowing people money should really be reviewed..... I also think that if a person has common sense, he will not borrow money and betting. But I also see many people around me who borrow money and gamble.  They want to become rich very quickly.
