I am willing to provide the relevant evidence privately to the Gamba representative here.

If you had researched this casino before making a deposit, you might have spotted some red flags. Their representative on this forum made a post on June 23, 2024, stating that they already had an announcement thread prepared and that the casino was still in the beta phase but would launch it as soon as they were ready, They only created an ANN thread on this forum one year after the post made on June 23, 2024.

The casino's representative has only made five posts on this forum, just look this announcement thread is over a year old, yet they’ve only posted five times. This shows they don't attach much importance to this forum. If you had researched the casino before creating an account, you would have noticed this and thought: " What if I have a problem with this casino and support doesn't reply? Since they show no interest on this forum, I won't sign up with them " That would have been the best decision. They also face scam accusations on Trustpilot.

September = 7 scam accusations against them

August = 2 scam accusations against them

July = 2 scam accusations against them

And there are more cases of scam accusations against them, as can be seen: https://www.trustpilot.com/review/gamba.com

There are also scam accusations against Casino.guru; they’ve had 24 complaints, 8 of which were resolved.

source: https://casino.guru/gamba-casino-review

Your only option is to use casino.guru to file a complaint.

You can ask a platform to erase your identity documents but please frankly answer my question.
Do you feel surely that after your request of identity document erase sent to the platform, it will surely be erased by them?
You will never be sure about that, never know about what they do after that.

As sad as it is to admit, it is true. there's really no way to verify it, all you get is the platform's word.

you can create an accusation thread in the Scam Accusation Board with all the evidences
The OP already created a Scam Accusation topic about their case. Even in the post you quoted, they already said they had done that, i guess you missed it or something.
So in situations like this, backing up their claims with evidence is the only way we can know who is actually right or wrong.
Yes, and that's OP request, i am also active in their Scam Accusation thread against this casino. As of yet, there has been no positive input from the casino. But as another user just posted, they have resolved a couple of cases in casinoguru, so i guess that's a good sign for the OP that they actually do care about their reputation and rating.

KYC at any time of user experience on a platform is KYC, and it's risky.
I don't think that if you request for your documents to be deleted, the casino will delete it especially, since it's a KYC casino because that's what they want customers data.  They can tell you that they have deleted it but that might not be true. Anyone that isn't comfortable with sharing his documents with any casino shouldn't use a KYC casino. As long as the casino keeps customers data safe, I don't have a problem with submitting my document for KYC.

The problem with many casinos nowadays is that you don't know which one is truly a no kyc casino, because they have now developed the harbit of saying that they are a no kyc casino, but once you finally won something and you try to make a withdrawal, that is when they will start asking for kyc, with the excuse that they are trying to be sure that you are not trying to launder money.

Though I personally don't see kyc provision as a big deal, as long as they make it clear from the start that kyc may be asked for if they find the need to ask for it, but if they did not say something like that, and they started asking for it, that is when I will frown at it.

Totally agree, it's not really about KYC itself, it's about being upfront. If there's a chance they'll ask for it, just say so from the start and nobody feels tricked. People can live with a rule they knew about, but a surprise at withdrawal time is what annoys everyone! Angry

Back in the day, one would use a casino without having to worry about KYC verification but no with more regulations, it's actually hard to find a casino that won't request for KYC verification. The tricky part now is they hit you with the KYC surprise once you have won big and want to withdraw. In most cases they won't bother you if you deposit even huge amounts and lose it.

I believe casinos that are AML/KYC compliant should emulate what crypto exchanges have tried to do. No KYC, not depositing. This is why we rarely hear complaints about exchanges freezing funds pending KYC verification.

Days with no KYC and no AML were like very long time ago, governments nowadays have all tried to do KYC and AML as strictest as possible. I believe we have yet reached to a tightest and strictest KYC & AML enforcement. It's the will of governments globally and all business companies have to take care about legal aspect very carefully. It is vital for survival of their business and avoid legal costs in the future too.

Casinos are not exceptions and as users we firstly must be aware about that trend, and prepare our approach with KYC and AML as best and most careful as possible. If we agree to do KYC somewhere, our documents might be used somewhere else as consequence of data breaches.

This means you are of the opinion that casinos should be KYC compliant the moment accounts are created. While this will help solve some of the problems people face, it may not completely eliminate all the problems because casinos that want to cheat the player can always cook excuses like multiple account or bonus abuse to hold the player funds. KyC is rarely the only problem people face in casinos and even platforms that are KYC compliant still record huhe number of complaints.

I don't know why they like doing this when presenting their advert. Saying something else while they mean a total different thing. Personally, I sees kyc as a normal requirement from every casinos, so it's expected for a player to go through it. But like you said, why will they bring it up at the edge of withdrawing, why wasn't it said earlier before everything so as to get prepared for it. This is not fair, its so frustrating and I didn't pray going through such situation.

Thanks everyone for the replies and suggestions.
A few updates and clarifications:
I do not want to speculate about what technical signal may have triggered Gamba's system. Gamba has never told me whether their conclusion was based on IP data, device information, wallet/payment data, betting patterns or something else.
I also understand the point that a casino may not want to publicly disclose its fraud-detection methods. I am not asking them to reveal their entire security system. I am asking that the evidence supporting the allegation that I own or operate 5+ accounts be reviewed by an independent mediator or ADR.
Regarding the suggested complaint sites:
- CasinoGuru declined the complaint because they considered it a sportsbook-related dispute.
- I also tried AskGamblers, but Gamba was not available in their operator list, so the complaint could not be submitted there.
- I have already created a separate Scam Accusations thread with supporting evidence.
I have also submitted a formal written complaint directly to Gamba and complaints to several independent dispute services.
Gamba has since publicly stated that my formal complaint can be reviewed through their process, but I still have not received a substantive written decision explaining the basis for the 5+ account allegation.
There has also been an important new development: the balance displayed on my account has now been reduced from approximately USD 3,401 to USD 0.97.
I have screenshots showing the previous balance, the denied withdrawal, the deposit, betting history and the current balance.
Again, I am not asking Gamba to publish sensitive anti-fraud information. If they believe their evidence is valid, they can provide it confidentially to an independent mediator.
That is the resolution I am seeking: independent review of the evidence and the contractual basis for confiscating my full balance.
I will keep this thread updated with any formal response or resolution.

Fair point, the data leak risk is what bugs me most about KYC too, since those databases get breached all the time in every industry. I get why sites ask when something looks off, but a middle ground would be nice, like only checking at withdrawal and not keeping the documents afterwards. Do you think that's even realistic for casinos?
If you don't want KYC, don't do that since the beginning and till the end. If you are ready to do KYC at any time, beginning, middle, ending, you lost your privacy and anonymity.

You can ask a platform to erase your identity documents but please frankly answer my question.
Do you feel surely that after your request of identity document erase sent to the platform, it will surely be erased by them?
You will never be sure about that, never know about what they do after that.

KYC at any time of user experience on a platform is KYC, and it's risky.
The idea of requesting for kyc did not exactly came from the casino platforms but from the authority which places it as a policy for casinos to abide by in their operation, as I do know it, after a kyc is done I doubt that the information will be completely erased without a backup somewhere that they can go back to should there arise a a future need.

If  they can not be trusted  to protect our data from a breach why should any one trust them of actually deleting their kyc on request.

If the platform doesn’t have need for your KYC, they will never have asked of it the first time, if they do, then there is need for it and will use it when the time arises for them. I still do not fully believe that all casinos will delete a user’s KYC data from their system on request. Just by requesting for that could even make them suspicious of your activities on their platform.

KYC data is being backed up by the casino you give your KYC data to, if you don’t trust them then there is no need to register there the first time. And if you’re the type that don’t joke with your privacy, no KYC casino are the best for you to use. They may delete the data but I feel they can retrieve it anytime the need arises again.

The idea of requesting for kyc did not exactly came from the casino platforms but from the authority which places it as a policy for casinos to abide by in their operation, as I do know it, after a kyc is done I doubt that the information will be completely erased without a backup somewhere that they can go back to should there arise a a future need.
I understand perfectly well what you are saying here, but since that's the case they should not be trying to act smart by saying that they are a no kyc casino, while in reality they're not, because at some point they will eventually ask for it, so it's not a bad idea if they comes clean from the start by stating these fact, instead of trying to decieve new gamblers that want to make use of their casino.

If  they can not be trusted  to protect our data from a breach why should any one trust them of actually deleting their kyc on request.
The only problem I have with kyc provision is this. Can they protect users details very well without it getting out to the public?
Because a single carelessness from them can make users details get out, which is not a good thing, but if it can be safe without it getting out to the public, then it's fine.
