I don't visit the Primedice announcement thread, and I didn't know Primedice was going to close its operation. I just verified by checking the link, and it seems you are right. Now, I am curious if Primedice allows its users to move to the same level on Stake. If they do, then this is even better. But if they do not allow, you cannot do anything. They are closing it for a reason. It is up to them to honor the players with a bonus. But yes, it would be fair if they allowed VIP migration to Stake.com for the PrimeDice players.

paying the players partial level up is not something to negotiate about.

If truly they were good to players and care about their reputation even in the future to come and something comes up for them to fold up, they would have informed the players what is on ground so the players would be aware of it. And they can also tell the players when they would pay off the money to the gamblers instead they decided to leave without informing the players and  they would not quite on the matter

We all know that Primedice and Stake.com share the same owner, but in my opinion the two operate on completely separate paths.
They may have the same owner, but they're entirely different platforms.
It would definitely be better if your wagering progress on Primedice could be transferred to your Stake.com account, but I'm pretty sure that not something primedice or Stake.com would actually do.

The wager progress means nothing unless you get to the specific level. Primedice only has to pay you that reward if you clear the level, doesn't matter if you are at 1% or 99%, unless you beat the wager 100% you are owed nothing. Websites shut down, shit happens man.

You might be able to talk them into something for stake but I doubt it. The 2 websites are separate entities.

Why would it be considered theft, and why would they need to pay people who voluntarily gambled in their casino? Casinos closing down is not unheard of, and they do not have a responsibility to pay gamblers just because they used money to level up their VIP status.

I was thinking the announcement didn't allow users to withdraw their balance but that's not the case. Primedice didn't owe anyone any money, announcement says withdrawal to be done by 8th October. So those that didn't withdraw untill then are really the losers.

What would happen to primedice if those that fail to withdraw untill 8th, and then the platform finally closes, what would happen to those users, will they file any lawsuits with them?

I've seen when paxful closed down it's operation and rebranded to Noones, the withdrawal option was still active but the operation was down. Would primedice do the same?

There is no scam though. The VIP bonus is an extra the site gives to reward players who meet the requirements. They don't care if you make it or not but if you do you get the added reward. If they are shutting down, they will more interested in ensuring people withdraw their capital and possibly winnings and may not really be binded by any law to pay out bonuses because some of those bonus programs would have come to an end. If they decide to still pay those bonuses, that will be out of their goodwill and if they decide otherwise, it will not be held against them as scam.
