If we’re talking about deposit, then I’d understand reaching out to the customer support to see why it still hasn’t reflected in my account despite being confirmed on the blockchain for more than 10 minutes, but for withdrawals you’d have to give them more time, because sometimes they do some checkings - that’s why some withdrawals are instant while others take a bit longer.

I personally would like to see instant payouts. I can handle waiting an hour or 2 but if you run a casino where it takes hours up to a day to get paid, I will likely play elsewhere. Just not worth wondering if I will be paid from the casino or not when I can play somewhere with no worries. Good to have options I suppose.

The recent withdrawal I made from metawin.com came quickly as a rain drop to my address without waste of time and immediately I input the verification code from mail that was how I got my coin to address I provided. Although this could depend on the choice of network we are making withdrawal from otherwise, any withdrawal from Bitcoin network doesn't confirm so fast as we may think. I believe that slow or fast withdrawal depends on the Gambling platform, some are programed in a way that makes it slow to withdraw while some fast to withdraw but of course that doesn't really matter to me since I have already won the money, arrival time don't mean anything to me. I may as well  allow it to arrive anytime to my account if I don't need it urgently.  I can only border myself if I need it for urgent situation and couldn't get it instantly to my local bank. In conclusion arrival time don't matter to me anytime it arrives is fine since I have the won amount on my dashboard.

I like instant (why would anyone like delayed?), this is why I prefer web3 casinos as there you make a bet and if you win, funds are instantly received in your wallet.

It's true that this can happen with large withdrawals. I've experienced this before, which made me a little frustrated waiting, but there was nothing I could do but wait. Well I have a d I can say it wasn't a good experience at all. I waited the whole night for my pending withdrawal to be approved and even fell asleep while waiting, only to wake up the next morning to a failed withdrawal, I didn't have the patience to wait that long anymore and had to hit up customer care immediately after placing another withdrawal, but fortunately this time it was processed before the customer care could even reply.

Frankly speaking, I believe that most of the persons only want to have safely their winnings, even though it may take some time, and even more so with larger sums. Naturally it is nice to be paid quickly and this contributes to the excitement, but I would prefer delaying a bit longer and be sure that my money is safe than receive it instantly with a chance of mistake. Withdrawal should be handled as soon as possible, and it should not be something that will take more than 24 hrs, especially when the withdrawal is not conducted for free. If it can go down for less than 1 hr, it will be appreciated. At times, there is how your withdrawal will delay; even if it will go through, it will end up giving you a little doubt in your mind if it will thoroughly go through or not.
