I don't think this is allowed on Bitcointalk:
~
Services are added to this list when we come to believe that essentially no trades of such accounts are following our rules, which prohibit for example selling hacked accounts, accounts requiring KYC info, accounts created using stolen identities, accounts which cannot be legally traded, etc. If you have a really strong argument for how you're selling these accounts without violating our rules, create a topic in Meta explaining in detail, and we may consider either removing the service from this list or giving you a one-time exemption.
If I understand correctly, the OP never claims that this account was hacked. He calls it his own. Therefore, he simply wants to transfer the rights of claim against Yobit, which he currently owns on a legal basis.
Moreover, as far as I know, Yobit still does not require mandatory user verification. And if that’s the case, then this account definitely does not fall into the “KYC-required” category.
So it seems there are no violations on the OP’s side. And I believe this thread absolutely needs to stay: if only as an example of what can happen when a long-forgotten password to an exchange account comes back to haunt you.
Personally, I’ll be more cautious about dealing with them now. Without this thread, I wouldn’t even have known that Yobit could seize such amounts.
OP, I wish you luck in finding a buyer. Maybe someone really does have ways to put pressure on the owners of this exchange.
