Is this a stolen account? Why would you sell your own account that has 118 BTC on it on an exchange that requires KYC? And most importantly, why did you deposit such a ridiculous amount of money into a shady exchange like YoBit, probably (and without exaggeration) the worst exchange to ever exist. This whole story make no sense.

This account is not stolen. It belongs to Mr. Hamoud Al-Thor, and full proof of ownership can be provided.
The reason for selling is that 118 BTC are frozen on YoBit, and withdrawal is not possible.
For security, the transaction will only be handled through trusted escrow (OgNasty). Serious buyers only, thank you.

I don't think this is allowed on Bitcointalk: ~ Services are added to this list when we come to believe that essentially no trades of such accounts are following our rules, which prohibit for example selling hacked accounts, accounts requiring KYC info, accounts created using stolen identities, accounts which cannot be legally traded, etc. If you have a really strong argument for how you're selling these accounts without violating our rules, create a topic in Meta explaining in detail, and we may consider either removing the service from this list or giving you a one-time exemption.

Thank you for your comments. I would like to clarify that I am not selling the Bitcoin itself, but rather the YoBit account associated with this balance.
I am fully aware that withdrawals are currently frozen by the exchange, and this offer is intended only for those who may have the knowledge, contacts, or legal channels to attempt to recover the funds.
I can provide full proof of ownership of the account (email access + login credentials). If this type of listing is not allowed on the forum, I will respect the rules and remove it.

It's not allowed because the practice encourages hacking of accounts and stealing of People's Identities. You are actually a bit lucky that you haven't been banned yet, but any attempted to sale KYCed accounts is against the board/forum rules

Hello,
The reason my YoBit account was frozen is because I initially forgot my password. Later, when I remembered it and tried to log in, I found that my account had already been frozen. Since 2021, I have been contacting YoBit support, but unfortunately, I have never received any response or solution.
Now I have the correct password, valid ID, and all the required documents ready. There is nothing missing from my side, and I am fully compliant with the rules. I kindly ask for assistance to unfreeze my account, especially since the amount involved is very large.
Thank you for your cooperation.

Yobit has been one of the weirdest website/exchange we have seen in the past. It was running explicit scam like listing fake coins with the same ticker of the real ones. I don't think that 118 are really sitting in your account. I mean, probably you can see, but I don't think they are still in their wallets. Probably these have been exchanged or sold... I think that an account like this could be not sold in any circumstance, since it's more of a scam than other. Wehn you say "118 btc" it seems like that these money could be cashed out but it's clearly impossible and even with legal actions the chance are 0.

@OP is it really 118 BTC? I mean not actual BTC. And just value of several altcoins that you hold there? Because I think that there was a time that they've released so much tokens/airdrops and they were valued at their exchange a lot but without volume and it shows the total value in BTC. But if this it's in BTC, it's very unlikely they're allow it to be withdrawn.

If I understand correctly, the OP never claims that this account was hacked. He calls it his own. Therefore, he simply wants to transfer the rights of claim against Yobit, which he currently owns on a legal basis. Moreover, as far as I know, Yobit still does not require mandatory user verification. And if that’s the case, then this account definitely does not fall into the “KYC-required” category. So it seems there are no violations on the OP’s side. And I believe this thread absolutely needs to stay: if only as an example of what can happen when a long-forgotten password to an exchange account comes back to haunt you. Personally, I’ll be more cautious about dealing with them now. Without this thread, I wouldn’t even have known that Yobit could seize such amounts. OP, I wish you luck in finding a buyer. Maybe someone really does have ways to put pressure on the owners of this exchange.
