The main thing is that these should never be neglected, and it is really something that can destroy a person's life, so they have to be eliminated even through proper advice and treatment. Pills have nothing to do with gambling addict. Even if you use overdose, it stop nothing. The first step that could help is for the person himself/herself to accept he/she has a problem (which is that he/she has become a gambling addict). Most addict didn't normally see it as problem. It is not possible to save someone that doesn't want to be saved. Until a gambler realised that they are toeing the wrong part and then decide to take a u turn , there is no amount of help you offer then that is going to help then. I mean it is not going to be easy to stop someone that is actually addicted on gambling, even the gambling addicts wanted to stop but for sure they just can't do it that easily because they are just addicted into it, it is not something that you could just say to yourself to stop then if they decide to stop they are going to stop, addiction is something where you need a lot more than that something like a rehub thing, For sure some advice could be a good thing but it is not going to cure it easily. What I feel and would say is that in cases like this friends and family advise barely help them get away from the addiction, because addiction is one of the most difficult thing to break out of, and most of the time they need the assistance of a therapist or sort of..
