People that do that are addicted to some level although not that extensive of an addiction and it's psychological too given that they don't spend their money but the winnings from those winning tickets, when it's like that, you can easily get addicted because you think for yourself that you aren't spending your own money anyway so you can easily let go of it. Yeah, I agree. "Most" of the other addictions are just because they are not hurting your budget, they are hurting your body also. So if you are addicted to smoking, drinking, drugs whatever else, you are ruining your body and you are getting closer to death.
