Even if I agree with you that what you pointed out might be one of the contributing factors of gambling addiction, let me ask you, is there no persons that do not earn from any place or may that do some menial jobs that are not affected to gambling, know this, gambling addiction is a habit that is build by individuals overtime, so do you think that addiction can not lead to people committing suicide, make more research you will find out that many have been comitinng crimes because of gambling addiction, some run into debt without having means of paying back, the only option they think that is left for them is to go into doing some silly things like going peoples house to rob, doing different bad thugs to satisfy their gambling urge, addiction makes victims to think very abstract, everything we know we can do to avert addiction we should do.
