Honestly I would prefer owning a business to working 9-5 job because majority of successful billionaire today are entrepreneur and had a thriving businesses unlike a regular worker who has to work all the month to earn a salary, though there are high paying jobs especially in tge area of Tech, medicine and other critical sectors of the economy yet they can stand toe to toe with a business man whose establishment is globally recognized and who own a thriving business and whose annual profits earned outweighs a salary earner, in fact many workers are always finding means to established their own business
If you have entrepreneurial skills and know how to manage businesses and people well, then you can try starting your own business. Just keep in mind that 9 out of 10 businesses fail within the first five years. As for regular work, you can become a highly paid specialist in a narrow niche and still earn very good money. It’s also worth trying to find a job where you can take on overtime or additional work to increase your income even more. Because if you become an entrepreneur, you will most likely work far more than just from 9 to 5.

What if I juggled two things at once? I had this experience, but I burned out too quickly, leaving no time even for sleep. What was the main problem? Delegation. I took on everything and resolved issues myself, which was incredibly time-consuming. So I needed to find a compromise, but I didn't know how back then and made one mistake after another, which led to the loss of my small business. Yes, that's absolutely true, it's not that simple.
I myself have done it too, and what I feel myself the reason why I do both at once is because first I need money and secondly after finishing the main job I have free time that I can use to make money again, but it clearly requires extra energy and I even fell ill because I was too hard at work. But my advice is that if you can do both at the same time it is a good thing and just continue as long as we are able to manage the time part, besides that don't neglect your own health too. I myself still have the desire to run a business and work for others at the same time, with me having employees who run my business and I work for others to earn income as well. Some people might choose one of them and that's fine too.

A lot of people love the idea of being their own boss until they actually face the stress and responsibility that come with running a business. Mentally, it takes a lot. Sometimes it’s actually smart to work under someone first before starting your own business. You get to learn how things work, how to handle people, manage pressure, solve problems and even understand mistakes to avoid when it’s finally your turn. Experience can really shape someone mentally and prepare them better instead of rushing into business because social media made it look easy.

Owning a business and becoming an entrepreneur is everyone's dream. Because everyone knows it is the path to wealth and financial freedom, and it is no secret But believe me, in reality, not many people dare to step out of their comfort zone to do that. Because running a business is not as simple as we often say. As you said, you want to own a business, but are you currently working for someone else or already running your own? Everyone has dream, but not everyone can fulfill them.

People feels independence and financially stable if they own a business and also have the ability to make long term wealth. With a successful business people also make opportunities for other individuals and allows to other people to grow financially. But instead of these benefits owning a business is not easy because it requires a lot if hard work, patience and discipline and also the owning individual have the ability to manage risk and failures of the business. That why people avoid to start a business in starting because they have fear to loss in business and that main reason of there failure. With salary individuals may feel secure and stabled but they are limited to access the ambition's but business offers great financial potential. And currently there is lot of documentary on learning business and risk management which helps a lot of people to become successful entrepreneurs.
The early stage of any business is always tough, also, businesses have its own downside that makes people avoid going into running one as a full time job. Most startups leave the admin cashless for months, but with the right steps the owner would begin to see the profits and funds coming in, yet it never ends, the challenges keeps on replaying, and not all the people have the capacity to hold the pressure of running a business. Indeed, but with proper management and right market to bring your business, in most cases success may follow, those who can handle the pressure and have enough savings or enough money for their start up can achieve success, and same with what you said, the same pressure are the one that bring most people to choose having stable job as they are not good in managing which is the big factor if you want to own or if you are going to start and establish your own business.

I mean obviously it is better to be a business owner when compared to a salary earner but then the work the business owners do, it is indeed worth it. I don't even think the comparison should even exist because they do different things entirely. Anyone can become a business owner but the commitment needed to run a business is on a different level so yea.

Experience can really shape someone mentally and prepare them better instead of rushing into business because social media made it look easy. Running a business is much harder than working under someone else. And to become a boss you need experience and even must take full responsibility for the business you’re running. Perhaps a boss has assistance in areas like marketing or even finance. But that doesn’t mean a boss can simply wash their hands of those responsibilities. He still have the duty to monitor performance and even must take action when the business’s performance declines. I personally think that running a business is not as easy as it seems. It requires a lot of careful consideration just to get started. And I think the pressure faced by a business owner is far greater than the pressure faced by some employees in a business. It’s no wonder that a business owner often has a packed schedule that can’t be interrupted or even appears more stressed. A business owner is far better off in terms of profits because they have the potential to reap huge profits when their business is booming. But the risk is also high if their company goes bankrupt. An employee only faces the risk of being fired or even having their salary cut due to poor performance. I think an employee is still better off than a business owner when it comes to responsibility.

It is true that most businessmen are financially successful, but behind reaching a position of success, their hard work, planning, mentality and risk management have to be followed. And in business success, long-term responsibility works. An employee usually performs specific types of responsibilities during his specific work, their scope of work is limited and they work accordingly. However, a businessman has no limitations in his work, he has to think about the entire business and everything is his responsibility. And in order to be successful a businessman needs patience, leadership, self-confidence and a strong mentality. However not everyone succeeds in business. Many suffer due to lack of proper planning, skills and management. At the same time, skilled employees are needed because in any organization in the business sector and because of the joint work of the businessman and the employee. However although many people like business, many prefer jobs because in jobs, no one has to take risks and there is a guarantee that he will get paid after a certain time. Everyone has the freedom to choose their path, but to achieve success, hard work, intelligence and a sense of responsibility are required.

As you rightly noted, you need to regularly support your body. Give it time to rest. I remember a time when I had to do both. I slept only a few hours a day, which led not only to physical fatigue but also mental burnout. It took me a fair amount of time to overcome this, but I had to temporarily delegate my responsibilities to someone else who doesn't understand the processes very well, which affected my work and business.

However, once we get used to it, our bodies will adapt. However, it does take time to achieve this. Now, when it comes to business, this can also have an impact. For example, when our business is running smoothly, we're usually more enthusiastic. However, if our business experiences obstacles, we feel more tired. I've also done both, and it's certainly not easy. But it's actually worth it, because it increases the opportunities for us to achieve something sweet in the future. This does require sacrifice, including rest time, and so on.

However, if the alternative income is in the form of physical labor, it may be difficult to continue both at the same time. You can do something that is not laborious. Freelancing may be good. There is no physical labor in freelancing, it can be done from your own home. So, it will be very comfortable to continue it along with the business.

So many of us only focus on the successful part of business mostly looking at the financial aspect without understanding the kind of risk, pressure, sleepless nights and process it takes before there get to that stage and we also fail to understand that being a successful businessman or woman you should be ready to accept both the gain and losses in business, i know of a friend who has lost multiple containers on the sea due to bad weather and other issues and still yet he still active and keeping is business alive even after the so many losses. Success is not all about if someone is a businessman or an employee, but about how patient and intelligent the person is in whatever path they choose.

To succeed in business, we need to have the mentality of accepting losses and have to be patient for a long time. We should not get disappointed quickly, we have to be confident. Reality is very difficult. It is very easy to say that success is possible but in reality, there is intelligence behind it. Along with giving up the right plan, patience is very important, because to achieve success, you have to go through many bad times and without patience it will never be possible.

To me I strongly believe business is better than depending of salary jobs because salary jobs may end when one do not expect. Not that going into business guarantee success but some important things must be considered.
Business is one thing that looks common but very tedious to understand. Most get into various Businesses because they see others do it why others go into it because they think its a life changing opportunity that on3 needs to get involved in, but the truth about the whole matter is before getting involved in business there are some things that must be considered and this are: We must considered the kind of business that will be suitable in the environment one wish to invest in, the business method that should be adopted, what kind of business that will provide high turn over and so on.

A businessman and an employee have two different types of responsibilities and work.
To succeed in business first of all you need the right knowledge, long-term planning, money and patience are very important. Nothing is easy. When you get a job, you will get a fixed salary which will give you a security income. You are working hard there because you have been assigned a specific task and it has been explained to you. So even though you are working hard here, you are not feeling it. But when you start your own business, you may have to think about different aspects, it may seem a little more difficult to you, but if you can manage the business for a few days, then you will see that business will also seem easy to you and you will be successful. All you need is confidence and the ability to accept losses.

I mean obviously it is better to be a business owner when compared to a salary earner but then the work the business owners do, it is indeed worth it. I don't even think the comparison should even exist because they do different things entirely. Anyone can become a business owner but the commitment needed to run a business is on a different level so yea. At first glance everyone think that starting a business is better than being a salaried employee, but there are many other factors to consider. A salaried employee knows exactly how much they'll earn at the end of the month and what their job entails. However, for a business owner the future is uncertain. Depending on the industry, there may be seasonal fluctuations. There could be unforeseen crises or months of operating at a loss. Earning money after starting a business is not guaranteed. The risk of failure is always present. The risk taken is significant. That's why the potential reward must also be substantial. Investing in the wrong industry will come back to you as a loss.

Working while running a business isn't easy, especially physically. It requires more effort, which requires more energy.
It is good to have an alternative income system along with running a business. However, if the alternative income is in the form of physical labor, it may be difficult to continue both at the same time. You can do something that is not laborious. Freelancing may be good. There is no physical labor in freelancing, it can be done from your own home. So, it will be very comfortable to continue it along with the business. Yes if we talk about comfort, then we will definitely choose what we will do, unfortunately we can't choose what we will do. I mean, we have different skills and different interests too, so that will also affect the job or business that we will start working on. For example, someone has more interest in opening a culinary business, so the first thing that will be thought of if you want to open a business is certainly the first culinary business in mind. Whereas if people who have expertise in other fields, for example the world of web3 and others that can be done at home, it will certainly be the first option that will be done.

I prefer a business than earning salary because before I will start up the business, I will look for a good location where only few person far from me is into that business. It's true that profit isn't guaranteed but if you know what you are doing, you will definitely be in profits. Inflation will eat up your salary and it wouldn't be enough for you again, if you don't work hard and increase your income.

Inflation will eat up your salary and it wouldn't be enough for you again, if you don't work hard and increase your income. Such thinking can often create a negative impact. Although I am not completely sure, I am still speaking from my own thoughts.Usually people buy products from the place where that particular product is more available. When you go to a new place and start a new business, if its popularity increases and there is stability, you can run a long-term business. But if this does not happen, then it can become difficult to run a business for a long time. Especially when you think of setting up a business in another area far from your own area, the lifestyle of people in that area may also change. If you think of matching the lifestyle of the people in your area and go to another area with that idea for business, then naturally people will not accept it easily. Rather, I think that wherever the product is in business, if you can sell a good quality product at a lower price with a slightly lower profit compared to other traders, then it gets more acceptance from the people.

In this case, I completely agree with you, people's income is not increasing but due to inflation, people's expenses are constantly increasing, as a result, it will become difficult for all these fixed salary based people to live their daily lives at some point. So in the present time, if we do not create sources of income and do not make various income arrangements, we will never be able to live safely depending on only one. We should do business, business and investment are the biggest sources of success. However, doing business is not possible for everyone, if we do not work in the right place in terms of business recruitment, there is also a possibility of failure in these.
