Earning salary or owning a business which is better

To me I strongly believe business is better than depending of salary jobs because salary jobs may end when one do not expect. Not that going into business guarantee success but some important things must be considered.

Business is one thing that looks common but very tedious to understand. Most get into various Businesses because they see others do it why others go into it because they think its a life changing opportunity that on3 needs to get involved in, but the truth about the whole matter is before getting involved in business there are some things that must be considered and this are:
 We must considered the kind of business that will be suitable in the environment one wish to invest in, the business method that should be adopted,  what kind of business that will provide high turn over and so on.

Everyone hopes to be financially independent. Most of the people do not like to limit their life with the money of a job, but still they have to do that work. That is why some try to change their lives by moving towards business instead of depending on a job. Although doing business is not easy, if it can be established, then there is a possibility of quick profit in a short time. Though there is also a possibility of loss, those who start a business with courage and to take the risk of loss will be ahead for success. A businessman must consider his environment and situation and establish such a business where the chances of that business being profitable are high. A job keeps a person in slavery for the rest of his life, whereas a business is a little risky, but there is a freedom.

I mean obviously it is better to be a business owner when compared to a salary earner but then the work the business owners do, it is indeed worth it. I don't even think the comparison should even exist because they do different things entirely. Anyone can become a business owner but the commitment needed to run a business is on a different level so yea.

I don't think anyone can become a business owner, because if that was possible for everyone, no one would be willing to work for others and everyone would start their own businesses, but the reality is, only some people manage to start their own businesses because it's a resource-extensive thing to do, and not everyone can afford to do that. Working for someone else for a salary is mostly a compulsion and not a choice, because if you ask those who are salaried employees, they would tell you that they are doing it because they have no other option, they can't save enough money to start something of their own, so they are just doing it so that they can earn a living at least.

A simple survey asking people who are employeed can give us a clear idea about this subject. I'm pretty sure that if we ask at least 1,000 people whether they are working for a salary as a choice or they are doing it out of compulsion, I'm sure more than 95% of the people would say that they are doing it because they don't have an option, and as soon as they get the option to become their own boss, they would definitely choose that.

It's true that running a business successfully is not easy, but it can't be more difficult than working for someone else.

There is no physical labor in freelancing, it can be done from your own home. So, it will be very comfortable to continue it along with the business.

Yes if we talk about comfort, then we will definitely choose what we will do, unfortunately we can't choose what we will do. I mean, we have different skills and different interests too, so that will also affect the job or business that we will start working on.

We all have different needs. Our preferences are different. But many times we cannot make our careers in our favorite subjects. A lot of this is influenced by the environment around us. Although children are allowed to do many favorite activities when they are young, as they grow up, they do not get the opportunity to do their favorite things due to responsibilities. Due to social pressure, family pressure and various other reasons, most of them are forced to leave their favorite work in childhood and work. So even if everyone wants, they cannot do their comfortable work. But for earning a living, both jobs and businesses give good results. If the work of one's responsibility is done with complete dedication and concentration.

They go through the same circles of spending money every month or week. It is not as if the amount salary they are earning is the reason why they are unable to invest or create a business that can generate income.  I think their is this mindset that doesn't make most of the salary earners to go beyond their financial level, they have thst mindset atleast by the end of the month or week money will definitely come into their hands and because of this their is no motivation to strive for more income. Their are so many people who couldn't earn what most of the amount of salary earners but they were able to start up something for themselves and their are some salary earners  who dont just depend on salary but have business on ground that generate money.

Somewhat agree but not completely, because the point of freedom is not that you have to leave your job and build a business, yes of course a business provides greater financial freedom, if the business is successful, but that does not mean that someone who only relies on a permanent job cannot get financial freedom, because if that person is skilled in managing his monthly money and putting it into investments, this will also build or get financial freedom.

As you rightly noted, you need to regularly support your body. Give it time to rest. I remember a time when I had to do both. I slept only a few hours a day, which led not only to physical fatigue but also mental burnout. It took me a fair amount of time to overcome this, but I had to temporarily delegate my responsibilities to someone else who doesn't understand the processes very well, which affected my work and business.

I have the intention to start a business again when it's time, and if I can't then I will work for a salary. The point is that whatever it is important, I must be able to have an income, because having an income is one of the things that must be had in life.

A own business is not always the coolest option for making money. Businesses are often so heavily taxed that they close down. I think having a business is good and also having a job and earning salary is also good it all depends on how you’re managing your business or your job, and I also think that it’s better than staying idol, but we should still understand that people who have a job still tends to open businesses for them to try and diversify in their careers, and it also gives them the opportunity of making more money, either business sometimes doesn’t work out as we would want, but if you have a permanent job and it’s a steady job, I don’t think there is anything such as your job not working and you’re being paid well you feel more comfortable and secured, but with business we have looses and sometimes we have profits in our business, but I will suggest that majority of individuals would prefer a permanent job, instead of having business that might still collapse.
