Older people do this alot, almost all of them gambles in group, if you see an old gambler from my country trust me all his friends are also gamblers, they come together to gamble, and the type of games they use are those round table style of games like Ludo and card games.

I don't have friends that are also gamblers that lives under my roof, they are all living separately so coming together to gamble will be impossible, everyone has their families now and they are focused on getting their lives better, pursuing their dreams too you know, adulthood is not a joke unless you don't have responsibilities at hand.

Gambling in groups can be more enjoyable for gamblers. In my country, I see older people gambling in groups because they have very few alternative sources of leisure time. I think that these older gamblers can spend their time in groups as a way to have fun and also earn a small amount of money. It is true that most gamblers lose in gambling but playing in groups increases their experience and increases their chances of winning.

You're literally describing my company and my friends. I always love gambling with friends because it doesn't happen often, but when we do, we spend our winnings together. Spending time together, which is quite rare because we're all busy with our daily lives and work, turns into a celebration, in which gambling is part of the so-called program. But this isn't your friend, but your rival. He wants to beat you and take your money. The point of the thread was whether you have friends with whom you can place or discuss bets, or even play poker. For me personally, it doesn't matter much. Only a few of my friends know that I bet, and only one of them bets, too. But I bet on soccer and he bets on Formula 1, so we never discuss betting because he doesn't understand soccer and won't bet on it, and I don't follow Formula 1 and won't bet on drivers either. )

Even if I wish to tell a friend about my gambling experience and even share my prowess with such, and perhaps the friend(s) also share their experience with me, I'm a private gambler so it's not possible. Not many of my friends even know I'm gambling because technology has made things lovely now. At the comfort of your home, you can gamble as many times as possible without anyone knowing what you are doing or intrude. I love this!

Again, independent gambling is the best because, before you know it, you might have become attached and addicted to your friends, which doesn't make gamblers move forward in training and error-correction.

Yeah I do, and to be honest it is always more fun when I gamble with friends. The whole vibe changes, the excitement just feels doubled when everyone is winning together, and even when the losses come, it does not sting as much because we end up consoling each other and turning it into jokes..  It is that kind of moment where you realize gambling is not only about the money, but also about the memories you create with people around you..  But then again, I can’t even lie, I also enjoy gambling alone sometimes.

Privacy is very important to gamblers that want to live long to eat the fruit of their labour, and let such gamblers make their winning and losing secret from their friends, because human being can change negatively to do what will surprise people because of money. We have heard difference story on how some bad guys visited one gambler that won big amount of money to celebrate the winning with his friends and he was killed few days later, and all his friends that was involved in the murder case was exposed in one of the popular television for other gamblers to learn lesson.
