There’s a popular saying that birds of a feather flock together. Does this apply to your gambling experience? What I mean is, do you have more gambling friends with whom you can share your earnings or strategy, or do you prefer to be on your own, not telling anyone that you gamble?

It seems like I have both conditions: D I have many friends who gamble, although not all of them do. However, some of them gamble more than others, and they also like to share their wins because it's like an unwritten rule that when someone wins, they have to give a small tip to their other friends. Unfortunately, I prefer to gamble alone rather than with other people (my friends).

Maybe it's because our gambling choices are different, so we don't really connect because my friends are on local sites where fiat is the source for both deposits and withdrawals, while I prefer to be in crypto casinos, which makes me more comfortable on my own.
However, on the other hand, that’s not the main reason. I’m only comfortable gambling alone, even though my friends like to share. I always refuse because I also don’t like sharing with others when I profit from gambling.

Well It all boils down to our choices and preferences...... Honestly speaking, I gamble sometimes for the money and not the fun and in those cases I mostly do it in isolation. I lay down flat on the bed with my phone in my hands.......It just a very few times that I gamble for entertainment purposes and such cases, I love having friend around. This is coz it's more enjoyable that way, me and my friend make some couple of sick jokes and of coz have some couple of bottles sometimes 

I do not gamble all days of the week neither do my friendz.  infact they are the ones that keep talking to me and advising me against allthe disastrous effects of getting too addicted to gambling. The genuineness of your position that strategy or skill will never make the difference in gambling is a truthful one. This makes luck to be of the greatest concern when it comes to winning the bet.

Social interaction and excitement of competition should also be considered major motivators as manifested by the fact that you often bet together on sports and that you often play physical cards. Agree. It isn't a must to have friends in gambling, it is just a choice. Many people just gamble in online casinos, this doesn't require to have friends. I think having gambling friends is just necessary when we go to physical casinos. Well, sometimes gambling friends also can lead to have a problem if they are trying to loan our money. There are too many cases that the friendship is broken because of loaning money (borrowing money) problem. At the end of the day, we lose money and lose friends.

You can barely enjoy gambling alone for a very long time, gambling is best enjoyed in group, although such a time to gamble among the boys doesn't come always, but when the opportunity comes, it's always memories made.

My circle sometimes target 10 odds and each person is assigned to produce 2 odds and contribute to the staking power. We assemble the odds and stake high on it with contributed funds.

When it wins, it's not always about sharing the wins, we can use it to organize some fun outings among ourselves and have fun together, including gambling physically of course

I myself am more of a lone wolf, most of my friends dont gamble or have any outings like this. It sounds incredible though! I do wish I could experience a night like this how fun it would be if you and the boys hit it big and got to party for real with some big boy winnings. I agree with your statement that when it comes to gambling, we don't necessarily have friends who also enjoy gambling. This can likely increase the risk of gambling and become a habit that will be difficult to break or even reduce. I'm not trying to be negative about our friends, but it's better to prevent than to treat. I personally prefer to gamble alone, but I haven't deposited any money for gambling in quite some time.

Are you sure about that? It might not be their intention to keep you playing unhealthy amount, but some people can't separate social circles from habits. They only see those friends connected to activities that they are connected with in the first place. This doesn't mean they are fake friends. It just means that you haven't found any other way to connect with them.

Cutting off friend that are working around the activity you are supposed to quit, is common with recovering addicts. It's not their fault and you would be using them as excuse for the activity you want to quit.

That and it gets boring if you only meet around certain activities.

Personally, I think these things mainly happen among responsible gamblers, and in the case of those who are basically irresponsible gamblers, we might see differences in that they suggest different strategies or skills to each other to gamble so that they can win. I gamble with friends sometimes, during the weekends in order to enjoy the fun of gambling and friendship. We out our heads together to analyze the game and decide on how much to stake with. Yeah, i could imagine the feeling when you both are no longer together and considering the past memories that you both have shared together. The funniest part is you're not even there on his birthday which is not even funny as I make it to look like, but you don't have to blame yourself for that. Moreover everything happens for good, some friends are not meant to stay why some are meant to stay and all this happens for a reason. I also had similar story but my is quite different from yours because after the conflict I still visited him on his birthday, but after his birthday I just vanish.
