I’d like to clear up the air regarding this case. After speaking with Shuffle directly, they presented clear evidence that the bet in question was indeed fixed. I now understand that my earlier assumptions were incorrect.

For context, I’ve been using an AI-based bet tracker to monitor bets from winning punters across multiple sites and tailed their action. While using such a tool is completely legal, it seems it picked up a fixed bet, which led to the confusion.

I want to apologize to Shuffle for any false accusations. That was not my intention, and I take responsibility for jumping the gun.

That said, I do believe the situation could have been handled with a bit more professionalism and communication early on. Still, I appreciate them taking the time to clear things up.

Lesson learned on my end. Appreciate everyone’s understanding.

The flag is usually raised when all options have been exhausted and all evidence has been checked. OK, I guess you learned your lesson.
Also, update the subject of this thread, add [SOLVED] or similar, also update the first post, and add this last your post there.
Reputation is hard to gain, and very easy to damage. The worst thing is when something like this happens because of wrong information.

I just learned about this case, and I'm also surprised by the OP's explanation, but do you have any evidence of this settlement, or did you just pull it out of thin air? It's one thing to think that's a reasonable explanation for the twist in the OP's version, but I think you're taking it for granted too lightly.

By making clarification and making an apology, it will actually not make someone low or fall in his pride. Precisely that can raise self -level indirectly.

This is good to hear. I see you already changed the title of the thread, which is good, but you might want to also consider removing your support for the flag on ndumm and then locking this thread. That would be the proper etiquette for finalizing the issue, and that way nobody will be confused into thinking your issue might not actually be resolved yet.

Not true. I would have supported the flag myself (waiting for shuffle's reply as many). Now I know as a matter of fact that reputed members will reconsider their actions in the light of new facts. I am going to oppose the flag. We act as per the info we have at the hand.    

People come to this forum with their complaints for a reason and DT members (or any members for that matter) can help a lot sometimes. Prestige of this section is because we act in the light of facts.

I love to be proven wrong. It is a fact that people don't always check the flags that they support. Some cases were solved a long time ago, but some people have not removed the negative feedback from their profiles. I believe there are some cases that are not valid anymore, yet those people have negative feedback on their profiles. I talked about Betfury a few weeks ago, and if I am not wrong, the negative feedback on their profile still remains.

As far as this case goes, we are a community know that the issue was resolved? You said it right in this thread so you should probably find other ways of getting in touch with him or perhaps given the way you reacted, he doesn't want anything else to do with you.

It seems as though the OP and Noah have a relationship involving offline poker as well as maybe other activities. It would have been good if the OP had explained matters in greater detail but he chose not to.

What I find puzzling is the allegation made by the OP about how Noah froze his Shuffle account (and that of his friend) just because of a private gambling debt that was not related to the Shuffle website, yet Noah abused his position and froze two accounts until the debt was settled. If the allegation is true, it means Shuffle and the Shuffle owner are not to be trusted.

The website copyright notice shows "2024". I had no idea the website existed and am more surprised that it has been active since 2024. Why did it not attract enough attention (or maybe it did outside the forum)?

As for other link, the information is staggering but it raises the question about the law enforcement agencies. They have to be aware of the link therefore did they take any action?

They did end up paying me, but I would highly suggest everyone to avoid gambling on shuffle.com, they've degraded as a platform in terms of their ethics and their bonuses. I would only trust my money with Stake or Polymarket as they're just too big to cheat or fail.
