Welp, the screenshot you shared clearly states that you are in the top 4, said that they'll send you the code with the prize and some extra for the inconvenience and then said that the winnings were distributed 10 days ago. Looks like winna.com has some explaining to do.
I already sent them a PM, but there's no way to know when they'll go online in the forum or see my PM.
Also, the possibility that your disagreement with them could have been the reason for the delay is very unprofessional.
True, the screenshot says “top 4,” but the placement itself isn’t the real issue here:
• The payout only came after I forced the issue — there was never transparent intent.
• Even after repeated requests, no proof of ranking was ever provided.
• Initially, support claimed the winnings had been distributed 10 days earlier and everything was already settled.
• Yet the moment I mentioned I knew I was in the top, $1,000 was suddenly sent — now described as “just settled.”
That makes “top 4” look less like fact, and more like a cover story to bury my actual placement.
So whether it was 1st or 4th doesn’t matter. The reality is they stalled, denied transparency, and only sent a partial payout once cornered. That’s not confusion
