My own experience with Winna Casino brought up some concerns around payments and promo transparency. I’m sharing it here in detail so others can understand what happened and make their own judgment.



📌 Affiliate Side (Rev Share)
• I am on a revenue share deal.
• I was specifically promised I could claim on the 1st.
• On Sept 1st, I requested $1,447.55.
• On Sept 4th, the reply was: “will sort it now.”
• On Sept 5th, there was still no payment or update earlier in the day.
• Payment was completed later that same day, shortly after this post went live.

   
✅ As of today, payment has now been received in full.



⚠️ $5,000 Promo – Transparency Concerns
• Winna announced a $5,000 promo where winners would be publicly listed.  
• No results were ever published.  
• I was told privately I placed 4th and sent $1,000 “apology payment.”  
• The only reason I even learned I was in the top was because a host mentioned it by accident.  
• When I raised this in live chat, support pressed me to reveal who my host was.  
• Minutes later, $1,000 was suddenly sent.  
• Their excuse: placements weren’t revealed “to avoid poaching or players asking for tips.”  
• Yet at the very same time, another Winna promo (AviMaster) had a public leaderboard with usernames and rankings.  

➡️ This raised questions about whether results were being selectively hidden.  



📌 Conclusion

The balance issue was resolved, which I appreciate. This experience still highlighted how important clear communication and transparency are for affiliates and players alike.

This post will stay up as a record of my experience. Since the balance was resolved, I consider the matter closed.  

If anything changes in the future, I’ll update here so the community has the full picture.

This reply is specifically for the $5,000 promo

Here are messages from Winna support and some other relevevant info. In their own words, they connect my previous disagreement to the delay of my promo payout.  

This wasn’t a misunderstanding. It shows they never planned to pay me transparently in the first place.

Welp, the screenshot you shared clearly states that you are in the top 4, said that they'll send you the code with the prize and some extra for the inconvenience and then said that the winnings were distributed 10 days ago. Looks like winna.com has some explaining to do.

I already sent them a PM, but there's no way to know when they'll go online in the forum or see my PM.

Also, the possibility that your disagreement with them could have been the reason for the delay is very unprofessional.

True, the screenshot says “top 4,” but the placement itself isn’t the real issue here:
   •   The payout only came after I forced the issue — there was never transparent intent.
   •   Even after repeated requests, no proof of ranking was ever provided.
   •   Initially, support claimed the winnings had been distributed 10 days earlier and everything was already settled.
   •   Yet the moment I mentioned I knew I was in the top, $1,000 was suddenly sent — now described as “just settled.”

That makes “top 4” look less like fact, and more like a cover story to bury my actual placement.

So whether it was 1st or 4th doesn’t matter. The reality is they stalled, denied transparency, and only sent a partial payout once cornered. That’s not confusion
