I just confirmed with VAR refs that we are accepting buwa as a winner, and he should expect to receive reward in his Whale account.

I hate that they do the draw in advance. It was so much better before - you pass the round and then your next opponent is drawn.

Really don't understand why they changed it - it was a really exciting moment for all fans. You hoped a weaker team might progress and then hoped you get lucky - and that feeling's totally gone now.

CL's top part of the draw is also significantly stronger than the bottom part.

I think we need to switch to a different model altogether. Some kind of manual assignment of pairs with mandatory rotation from year to year. It is clear that the reality of the Europa League is completely different, but in the Champions League there is an imbalance and the pairings we see year after year are boring for everyone.

Jeeesus give that guy 1 round and it goes to his head. I mean, I'm in 10th place only 6 points behind him in 3rd, so no need to get all high and mighty bro

I feel like @KTChampions and @Saint-loup are impossible to catch now, as long as all the results from here on are mainly favorites. Only major upsets in the next stage continuously can jeopardize their positions. After QF onwards, the points are too few to make any difference.

Still a nice competition to follow, but I guess since my team won it I can say it is a worthy competition  Something tells me the English and Italian clubs will do better here than in the bigger Champions League but let us see what the night brings to us all.

You know what is good thing to have both Italian teams in same pair? It's 100% that we will have one Italian team in next round, otherwise it's big possibility that both will be eliminated
Watching Europa league after Champions league is always downgrade, but in this round there is already some proper pairs. Probably going to watch Bologna - Roma and then Celta - Lyon.
