Sex before marriage or after marriage, which one do you prefer?

Overall, premarital sex is no longer a problem in today's modern world. As long as both parties are mature enough, give their full consent and take responsibility for their choices.

However, what is worth pointing out is that some young people support premarital sex. However, what is worth pointing out is that some young people support premarital sex, yet still expect or demand that their girlfriend or future wife be a virgin. It is ridiculous to accept that for yourself but apply a completely different standard to others. That is really selfish and petty.

I don't know about the data, but I read that sex is one of the primary reasons for most of the divorces in this decade, and I heard this from many podcast who is dealing with divorce cases. But it is not the sole reason, it is just fueled by that when they starts having disagreements that mostly comes due to financial reason. Modern women wants to enjoy their life and need to buy everything they wish for but as a Husband they got their limits though but there is always someone who is rich and spoiled to do those things for one night stand or something like that.

The picture is now clear to me in this generation, I think what most marriages are going through is the issue of sex because most men have made it an important role in the marriage and this is causing a lot of divorce in the community, in fact not only podcasts you hear dealings of husband and wife getting divorced because of sex problems which I have even heard about a big worship leader who got divorced just because of a lack of sex from his wife and to some points this issue would keep getting worse if most people don't get sex education in marriage.

I think now I see the reason why it is all important to teach your kids sex education i think most parents are very anger anytime it comes to sex education for your kids i think it's best for us  to teach your kids the importance of sex in a relationship or marriage, just like you have said for your kids not to feel ashamed to ask you about sex is really a good one…but as a African parents you don't have that time to teach our kidss..

Yes from the origin of life, sex was meant to be  after marriage but the curiosity and quest for money have made them go above expectation now and getting involved requires testing who you wish to settle down with as if she is something eatable to avoid making an unbelievable mistake that will hunt one forever.  To me i will never advice anybody not to have any sexual activity with his partner because over 80 percent of failed marriages now is as a result of incompatibility In bed.

The surroundings is what also to blame for even if they're not exposed to media or social media or mass media, if their peers are keeping that in their circle and gives that topic to discuss, they'll also get to hear that.

I was only questioning that figure because it seemed unusually high. I was not denying that sex is one of the causes of divorce.

Sex is a cause, but only one of dozens of reasons that lead to marital breakdown.

Based on my own experience and the marriages I have seen around me, I believe that financial problems are the biggest cause of divorce. It creates more conflict within a marriage than any other factor.

Well, I think this topic is so while and younger generation misunderstands this topic so much and for a fact, I think the younger generation is based on what we call social media trends, it some i feel they are doing right now, it best the younger generation should have it in mind that at a young age you should not have sex if you are married, this should be communicated every single day at event, podcast, live stream, and i feel the community should not find such topic a thing of shame…

I will not totally say it has been copied from social media content completely but I mostly 60% of what is happening is caused by what they see take for example the pron site…most younger kids now have access to the internet and such things would want to add more curiosity to a youth mind to understand the sweetness of what sex is..

This is your own excuse and how do you know 50 percent of failed marriages is all because of lack of sexual satisfaction, where did you get your statistics from.
Please be sure of what you say, there are so many failed marriages with different reason with either the men or women at fault, so don’t make it look like it because of the women.

For me it is a matter of personal culture and religious beliefs. So I don't think the same answer will apply to everyone. Some people value getting to know each other better before marriage, while others due to their beliefs and principles , believe it is right to wait until after marriage. Personally I support relationships after marriage, because that is what my religion also teaches.  In my opinion a successful marriage does not depend only on physical relations. Mutual respect and open communication are what strengthen a relationship in the long run. So even if there are differences, one should respect the personal decisions and beliefs of others.
