Would you rather play in a casino where you win a lot and big ones too but has strict KYC implementation and is a headache to actually cash out from or play in a casino with no KYC, totally private and secure but doesn’t let you win a lot?

I know that in casinos, there’s not much difference between rates of winning because it’s random but hypothetically which one is more important for you? Profit or Privacy?
I go together with profit and privacy cause it hurts having to settle for less when you can have it all but the centralized scheme of things makes it that we accept that we can not have both at once due to AML policies.
On the contrary you can hardly get an online casino that is completely KYC free, don't be fooled with all the market strategic statements on no KYC, there will be a large amount of money you'll win that you'll need KYC before withdrawal. Bearing this in mind I'll love to have the consistent win with simple fast withdrawals.
Many gamblers want to avoid verification for gambling. But they can not do anything except follow the line. We should focus on searching for the right casinos that can make us comfortable by playing in their place. If we feel comfort, we will not object to their line and will do to give us satisfaction in gambling. We should remember that we will not have a big chance to consistently win, so we can only play with control and let the win come to us. Some casinos allow their users to withdraw their money without verification but they have limitations on that allowance. So you can use that casino to play gambling.

In the last few years things have become increasingly challenging for gamblers due to strict KYC/AML rules these rules are causing chaos over big wins even in online forums where many cases of issues with these rules are emerging many individuals are now accepting the need to provide personal details as they prefer not to risk losing their winnings.
Fewer casinos are allowing withdrawals without KYC documentation although some still require details this is causing problems and I believe countries will have a significant advantage in implementing these regulations and maintaining control over player data.
Some who were initially opposed to the KYC rule have changed their views after facing similar issues and having no safe haven to fall back on they are now realizing that they must adapt or leave the gaming industry.
And while this strict KYC rules prevails there have been some bad actors casinos using the strict KYC in compulsorily demanding for documents that are difficult for customers to provide in order to legibly withdraw their big wins and with their inability to provide the documents the money indirectly becomes the casinos money.

These are unattended attitudes from casinos that the authorities have to address and make casinos list appropriate required documents on their sites that may be requested in the process from a customer, instead of the  approach that is presently used by casinos to bump on customers with random documents demands for KYC.

As far as 'Would you rather' questions go, this one is pretty weak.  How about something like, would you rather lose a finger and get $500,000 or lose an arm and get $10,000,000?

or

Would you rather gamble $1 on a bet that could win you $1,000,000 but you only have a 0.1% chance of winning, or bet your entire life savings with a 50% chance of doubling it?

or

Would you rather be broke with a miserable life, but you get to spend it with the person you love, or you are alone forever but the person you love ends up rich and famous?

Yeah, those are more fun.

I would prefer to gamble $1 on a bet that could win me $1,000,000 but I only have a 0.1% chance of winning.

I would prefer to be alone forever, and the person I love ends up rich and famous.

I actually think I prefer my current life really Smiley

Before Zero Knowledge ID check comes, i don't see a better solution to it then current method, and at least EU is taking privacy seriously because, casinos and other institutions that require KYC needs to comply with GDPR privacy law.

Giving KYC doesn't "guarantee" anything, but neither does non-kyc casinos. In fact, i rather trust casinos that want to build for the future and accept regulations, then casinos that try to evade regulations.
For privacy issues this technical solution does not do anything. It merely limits the chances that your data will get leaked. That can also be used as an argument to implement this everywhere because the risk of losing data is "low". It is a high speed lane to a totalitarian nightmare. The social credit system of China will be seen as an utopian hail Mary compared to what will be available in the EU.
Umm, what? I don't want to assume anything, but it sounds like you might not know how ZK proof kyc would work.

ZK proof kyc would not even reveal data to the casinos that want kyc. Casinos don't NEED any information about you, they just need to comply with regulators that wrong people can't play.

Casino would just confirm that you are not in any blacklist without knowing who you are. They would know ifi you are over 18 (they wouldn't know how old), and you don't live in restricted region without knowing where you live. They could do all that without knowing anything about you other then your login info.

And if they don't have that data, how could they leak it? That's why that tech is revolutionary, it's verification without any exposure:

I know that in casinos, there’s not much difference between rates of winning because it’s random but hypothetically which one is more important for you? Profit or Privacy?

Well, in my case, I don't think I needed privacy, considering how low the amount I am allocating to gambling is. So, that means I'm gonna have to favor making a profit over privacy. Of course, I'm gonna deal with the most trusted and established casino to avoid the risks of getting your information sold to any cyber criminal. But then again, I don't think I'm gonna be one of their best target after looking at my account and gambling activities lol.
Before gambling, we need to carefully examine several aspects and open an account on casino sites so that we do not have to face any legal problems later. There are several casino sites where we have to face major problems by opening an account, we should always keep our distance from these casino sites. So that we do not sell any of our personal documents to any other dishonest person, we need to find some sites and open our account.

Normally as a good gambler that understand what gambling is all about wouldn't hesitate to check some satting things before opening account. However, just like they normally said that prevention is better than cure that is how it goes because is better for a gambler to stay clear from such casinos than to wait until you finally fall vitamin before you would be running helter skelter, by then you would be regretting.
