Hello, I want to ask why are scrypt coins more valued than CPU-only coins, for example RieCoin was extremely hard to mine since the start, but it's price was low. Maybe I am just misguided, but it always appeared to me that CPU-only coins are disproportionate to scrypt.

Is there any procedure for us to check that we're not part of a botnet?
