I think it happens but not in everyone but in some cases it can happen. The main reason behind this is that those who are old are very experienced and have been gaining practical knowledge through discussions on various topics for a long time, due to which their responsibility in this forum is much higher because the status of the forum can be tarnished through wrong information and from that perspective, they may start discussions based on rank naturally for those cases there may be misunderstanding but not in general, you will agree this statement.

Everyone should remember one thing here that this forum is the only place to discussion that is new to many, while for many old people there may be a lot of new information. However, I think that in reality, investing in Bitcoin and discussing the forum are not the same things. There may be many who may not have invested heavily in Bitcoin but are actively earning something from it in the forum, in that case, we who are new should also be very aware before posting and most of the time the seniors the way they discuss, the way they write is right but many times suddenly there can be one or two misunderstanding

Eventually, for newcomers, I have one piece of advice, the old-timers on this forum are like our teachers, and we have a lot to learn from them, so if we patiently watch their discussions, we can learn a lot.

You are a newbie from the day you registered in the forum. If you do not prepare yourself properly, you will remain in this state for the rest of your life. You have to prove your competence. There are many members in the forum who are newbies but they are successful in their work in real life and some members may be the head of an organization.

You should prove your competence through the most appropriate actions that you really experienced, otherwise people will continue to evaluate you as a newbie. If you want to learn about Bitcoin, then follow the advice given by the old members and if you have any questions, then ask. If I am already knowledgeable about Bitcoin and investment, then spread it on the forum so that other members can benefit.

De truth be sey no be all newbie de new for bitcoin investment, some newbie de don de invest or trade bitcoin sef before dem enter this forum.
One thin be se, dis forum no be everybody Sabi am , some people don de invest for bitcoin long time ago , get the knowledge of bitcoin before their friend or relation carry dem com inside this place.
But dis forum e get big advantage to both people we be newbie for bitcoin investment and people we don sit down for bitcoin investment, because na plenty knowledge full this forum, nobody Sabi am all, we de here to learn from one another.

The truth is not all newbie's are new to bitcoin, majority of newbies here in this forum know about bitcoin before joining this forum, while some newbies are totally new to bitcoin. On like me before I joined this forum I already know about bitcoin, but I was still in doubt of bitcoin, it was in this forum that I came to know more about bitcoin, it was when I start engaging in discussions with some reputable members of this forum that I came to understand that bitcoin is a store of value with potential returns, when you buy good portion of it and hold for long term 4 to 10 years or more. And members of this forum also cleared the doubts I had towards bitcoin, and right now am a lover and a supporter of bitcoin project.

Not all newbie you see in the forum are new to bitcoin, some of them have know about Bitcoin for long term and investing and getting profits. They just introduce them to the forum to get more knowledge about Bitcoin. I have small knowledge about bitcoin but is when I join the forum I get full understanding about bitcoin and I started investing and get profit in it. The more you invest the more you get experience and see how bitcoin works. Bitcoin as really help people achieve there goals and if you are patient you will definitely achieve your goal one day but many people don't really have that patient to invest for the long term and that is why people are feeling discourage to invest because they is not patient on it.

Not every newbie is new to Bitcoin; a lot of people know about Bitcoin. It's just that when you step into the forum, the title 'newbie' attached to your name becomes necessary, so as you create your first introduction thread, what high-rank members do is to observe and welcome you as the newbie you are. From my own observation, the second thread you post explains to members the kind of person you are, whether you knew much about Bitcoin before joining or you are completely new to Bitcoin. It's not that old members attack newcomers; it's just observation. When they see a correction, they do the needful.

And again, the Bitcoin Forum is an organisation where many people come together to share knowledge about Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies; everyone shares his or her opinion here without attacking each other. They only make corrections when newbies make mistakes in the thread created; old members only make corrections, not attacks.

Yes, there may be people who already have a very good understanding of Bitcoin and may have been involved in investing for a long time but are new to the forum. However, such thinking is not always correct. How much knowledge someone has about Bitcoin is clear from how logically they present their comments. I think this forum is a healthy and collaborative environment. Here we all discuss with an open mind. Knowledge is mainly for sharing, whether someone is new or old here. Hopefully we can all learn together here and make this community stronger. So we should respect each other's opinions.

Good advice. You know some newbies who have a little preknowledge about bitcoin come to the forum with the mentality that they already know a lot. This is a broad forum that has different categories that topics are discussed so even if you have an idea about something as a newbie, it is still important to calm down and learn from people who have more experience in the forum and has spent years. There are so much to learn from the forum but if you are a type that is ''Mr. i know it all'' it will be very difficult to grow in the forum.

Most newbies who join this forum have base level of knowledge about bitcoin. You see those ones who post in the beginners and help board about being new and all of those things things? Yes, they are the ones I am referring to. I wouldn't infer that they have zero knowledge about bitcoin, that will not be correct what my inference is about it that, if I am to to rate them on a scal of one to five with five being their highlest level of knowledge about bitcoin, I will rate them between 1 -2. The ones with on the 4 - 5 scale do not make those types of introductory posts and when you read their replies in the dicussion, you will see the difference.

Probably not. Bitcointalk is less known than Bitcoin, ironically.

Before I came this forum I already knew about Bitcoin. And I started learning about in in 2012, despite joining the forum much later. I did spend a while just lurking around before joining. But even though I was an amateur in cryptocurrency, I was not what I consider a newbie.

Wattin you talk na true, not all newbies are actually newbies to bitcoin and sometimes we dey use their rank dey rate dem forgetting say one thing na to know something another thing na to communicate the knowledge wey you get. The way you see it is not like that, basically all the new investors in the forum are given guidance so that they can invest in Bitcoin correctly and achieve success. No one is an enemy in the forum, discussions are held to help each other so that no member is in danger. How knowledgeable a person is in the forum is proven by the way he talks, it does not require anything special. Your curiosity will gradually make you wise, be patient and explain clearly if you do not understand anything, the members of the forum will help you the most. Remember, patience is the key to success.

Have you noticed that the old members of the forum think this, they think that the new ones are new to Bitcoin. But I think the new ones are not really new, they may have been old at one time or their ID has been canceled, they may have wanted to do tricks. But if they start again and post in a new form and with good quality, then the old ones can comment on it well and their opinion changes. But if you think that the new ones do not have knowledge about Bitcoin, then you are wrong because the old ones were also new once and have become old with experience, so I would say that the new members also have some knowledge about Bitcoin. But you can never say that the new ones cannot invest.
