WINNA.COM Funds Frozen , No Response

What happened::
I’m writing to report an unresolved issue with Winna.com.
On September 9, Winna.com froze $806 in my account and sent me an email saying that my sports bets had triggered a review. They promised a response within five days.

It’s now well past that deadline, and:

-I still cannot access or withdraw my funds.
-I have received no follow-up from their team.
-My emails and live-chat messages remain unanswered.

I posted in their official thread on this forum, but no representative from Winna.com has responded.

Anyway, you can't do anything anymore with that decision if they've said that it's already final. Your access to sportsbook is no longer there and you can still gamble with other games that are available on them. It's hard to revert a casino's decision and very unlikely to change. Also, it's normal when they start asking you for KYC

Whatever you want, you have to complete the KYC verification at first. Maybe they will allow you to withdraw the funds if you complete the KYC verification. In another case, Winna team had allowed the user to withdraw his funds by applying limitations on sports betting. It will be another example of generosity if Winna allows you to withdraw your winnings despite having such proof against you.

It rhatever you want, you have to complete the KYC verification at first. Maybe they will allow you to withdraw the funds if you complete the KYC verification. So, you are saying they replied to you just because you created this topic? If you can prove that, then that would be really interesting!
Based on previous similar cases, the best you can hope for is that they would allow you to withdraw your initial or your latest deposit.
Unfortunately, it’s a bit hard to prove you didn’t do any of the things they are accusing you of. But since you still can access your account, then I suggest trying to document everything, especially the history of your sports bets..

I see that you've already complied to the requirements and documents that they are asking. You should follow up again if that 5 days period of process they're saying have already lapsed. I understand your frustration but at times like this, you have to send them an email or chat to the support for you them to notify about your concern. I guess they have an idea that once your funds are out, you'll never come back.

I was referring to the suspicious activity which they mentioned in the email. Winna has accused you of 'value betting, late betting, arbitrage betting or betting on fixed matches'. They have accused you by following the instructions of their odds provider Betby, and they obviously have some proof for doing that. Anyway, I can see that you were indeed ignored by the Winna team. Still, you should be happy if they allow you to withdraw your funds after creating this accusation.

Sometimes I do not know how casinos operates do behave and reason most times, just take a look at the screenshot above after refusal to allow him make withdrawal of his funds they are still encouraging him to continue with their casino and also passed kyc after they had showed him a bad behavior. Just tell me, why on earth would someone continue to use this site again, after laying allegations of how his bet was unusual and found violating their service and they still encouraging to using their casino products, to cry louder even a mad man can't continue with them anymore.

Things can still change. Not that they will unlock your restriction and allow you to have access to their sportsbook, but they might allow you to get your deposit and winnings out if they consider the document you submitted valid, just like the resolved case which I dropped the link to below. Their rep never replied to the thread, but at the end of the day, the member's issue was resolved. I just hope you will get a similar situation.

That's unfortunate, but nothing can be done here now. They have previously accused you of abusing the sportsbook. I thought they would allow you to withdraw the amount which you have on your account. I thought this by following the issue of another user. But they have proven me wrong. It was the first withdrawal for the other user. In your case, you have already made some withdrawals and you are in profit. Usually, other sportsbook with Betby provider do the same thing like Winna has done it to you.
