Few hours later I was asked to provide a proof of address. I did and my documents were approved right away but since then nothing happened and my withdrawal still hasn't been processed.
I have been talking with support and for the past three days they have been telling me things like "your verification has been received and approved", "we apologize for the delay", "the delay is on our side", "our team is actively working to process your withdrawal".
So basically they say that everything is ok and i have to be patient but it seems to me that not processing a withdrawal for 5 days is insane.
Maybe OP can help me out here

5 days is indeed a long time to wait, but based on their replies it seems like the request is being processed. This looks fine. Support already gave a clear reply and said the process is ongoing, so it probably just needs more time.
My suggestion is to keep updating the report regularly so support can resolve it faster. Hopefully with this post, a casino representative here can help with the withdrawal process.

They are probably investigating something that involves your account, and from what I have seen over the years, when a casino is investigating something that involves an account, it could take days or maybe a week or more before it gets resolved. There's another gambler who posted a thread on the scam accusation board experiencing basically the same thing, but from a different casino.

If you don't mind, can you provide evidence supporting your claims? I am not saying you are lying, but it is always better if you can back up your claims when posting a complaint like this.
