I've watched the whole fight, and I didn't expect that one judge scored it at 118-110.

It looks like they’re sticking to the plan and really pushing for a big Inoue vs Nakatani fight. But after what we just witnessed, it doesn’t feel that exciting anymore. Nakatani doesn’t look like the kind of fighter who can really knock out Inoue. He already looked gassed against a lesser-known opponent, so what more against a monster like Inoue.

That matchup just feels unfair to me. And honestly, moments like this make it feel like corruption is still very much alive in boxing.

That’s just how boxing works. It’s rarely fair, especially when opponents are clearly cherry-picked.

Promoters wouldn’t let their fighters lose when they already have bigger plans for these two Japanese fighters that can bring in a lot of money.
A loss was never really part of the plan.

Hernandez’s only real chance against Nakatani was to knock him out, but that didn’t happen. Once that opportunity was gone, the fight was basically over. He’s a very durable fighter though, fights like a pitbull, similar to Isaac Cruz.

This dream fight has been diminished by Nakatani as he has failed in his performance in the recent times. This makes it too obvious how the outcome against Inoue would be after witnessing his stamina running out against members of lower ranks. We have to be honest and accept that at this stage forcing this fight amounts more to a business move than to a sporting match. There has been a noticeable discrepancy in the quality that has led to a speculation on whether the match-fixing has taken place when the people have mostly questioned it.

The highly anticipated “Battle of Japan” has been put in jeopardy by Junto Nakatani’s recent performance. On paper, it should have been an easy fight for Nakatani, but Sebastian Hernandez Reyes came in well-prepared and gave him one hell of a challenge. Still, I believe the Inoue vs. Nakatani showdown will happen, largely because Japanese fight fans are eager to see it. Given Japan’s strong sense of patriotism, the matchup could still generate significant revenue for both fighters. That said, we already know Inoue enters with the higher chance of winning.

Maybe the same time next year we might see this big all Japanese fight. It's just another hump for the performance of Nakatani. As you have said, Sebastian come prepared to fight him and try to defeat Nakatani.

So I guess this could have been a good learning experience of Junto, maybe he did take Sebastian lightly or he didn't train that much at all in this fight. But for sure, he still aims a fight against Inoue and this is going to be huge.

After the successful title defense against akhmadaliev, Inoue is up against another undefeated fighter in Allan Picasso, Picasso is not a real threat to Inoue eventhough he is an undefeated with a good KO ratio, this fight is repoted to be a tune up fight against his fellow Japanese champion Juto Nakatani, if Inoue wins this fight.

Quote
Today it has been formally announced that Riyadh Season already has plans for Inoue (31-0, 27 KOs), who will take on Alan Picasso (32-0-1, 17 KOs) on December 27 in Riyadh in a headlining fight on a card dubbed ‘Night of the Samurai,’ which will stream live on DAZN.

Naoya Inoue vs Alan Picasso headline ‘Night of the Samurai’ on Dec. 27
Hehehe I have been waiting for this day to come and I know that  Alan picasso will definitely win this fight without hesitation so to me in our has lost in this  round fight today ,but their are rules in fighting except Alan involved in one of the law that will make him to loss if not is Picasso that will win in this round fight.

He could’ve finished the fight if he wanted to, but I think he was just entertaining the crowd. Giving value for their money, you know.

Just another fight I wanted to mention here. A lot of us didn’t even notice that Casimero also had a fight, and he won, and it was a pretty impressive one too. Now people are starting to talk again, maybe it’s finally time for Inoue vs Casimero so all the talk can be settled once and for all.

Do you think Inoue finally takes this guy who’s been disrespecting him for a long time?

This one make sense imo.

What do you guys think? Isn’t it obvious that Inoue has been dominating the fight, but for some reason he still can’t knock his opponent out.
That makes me wonder if this is why he prefers fighting in Japan.

Some people say he’s allowed certain hand wraps there that make his punches stronger, while in other countries that wouldn’t be allowed, probably even in the US. I’m not saying it’s true, just something that makes you think.

This actually makes sense to me, and I agree with the speculation being thrown around. Bob Arum used to hype Inoue as being better than Pacman, but right now Inoue is clearly playing it safe. He doesn’t fight much outside Japan, and even as an undisputed champion, he’s not really moving up.

I’ve also heard rumors that Inoue is already comfortable in this division and might even retire there. That tells me he knows his limits.

If that rumored fight with Tank Davis ever happens, honestly, I doubt Inoue would win that one.

That photo came from the Filipino boxing community, and of course there’s going to be some bias there since they really want to see Inoue face Casimero, which still hasn’t happened. That said, even if I might be a bit biased myself, I can still see some sense in what they’re trying to say.

I’ve also heard rumors that Inoue is already comfortable in this division and might even retire there. That tells me he knows his limits.

Even without rumor its already obvious that Inoue is not ready to move up yet.

This fight was only a sparring session for Inoue. He might have also not given his 100% in training from him to get a faster recovery after the fight and become ready for the next fight.

Johnriel Casimero had a fight? Did he not fight the cousin of the Kameda brothers and has lost this? I do not  care for this boxer anymore hehehehe.

On Inoue vs. Casimero, this will never happen, I reckon.
