Short-term trading is essentially gambling ,its mostly luck, and no one can predict all the unexpected events. Its much better to focus on a long term perspective and follow Bitcoin through the Power Law model, which suggests it could reach 1 million USD by 2033. Thats why its wiser to concentrate on accumulating as much Bitcoin as possible rather than gambling on short term movements.

This is the cat chasing its own tail, even if you manage to succeed you will wish you didnt.     Computers do dominate the shortest time frames for trading but its by speed mostly, the AI so far as Ive read is not relevant.
  Big traders or companies get paid for providing volume to exchanges, they enable liquidity in the float which is useful and hence there is a bias towards such operations beating humans in the short term and being more profitable.   I cant buy and sell the same share in a second or so but these companies set up within metres of the exchange and perform at near light speed.

I dont believe AI is better then people, I think ironically its mostly about enabling people and also this kind of iterative automation similar to mentioned above in very fast time frames I agree AI might win but a good trade is often about recognizing the feel of a market on that day or week.

Sorry, but I believe that information is quite biased in favor of what Articial intelligence is capable of on betting markets... So far artificial intelligences rely on information which is publicly available and anyone with enough time and computing algorithms can get a good idea of the most likely outcome for an event like prices of cryptocurrency assets.
AIs cannot predict the futurea and they are not magic, nor capable of miracles, that is where most people get it all wrong and decide to blindly trust their money to what a machine hahs to say.
As long as one does not have privileged information, one does not actually have any edge against other gamblers/bettors using AI.

It can provide you hints and technical analysis and so many things to compare, but it can't tell the exact what will happen in the future or even just few days. While technology improves, more people don't use their common sense, really.

Only time will determine if crypto price prediction is going to be the next betting trend or not but to put hope on AI prediction as being able to make the trend is something I won't bet on because even while using AI for your predictions, the chance of winning the bets is still 50/50 and knowing how well these bookies also wants to be in much profits than gamblers, there's going to be more losses than wins, it won't be very different from the other forms gambling.

Well, many times AI prediction will be the same or similar to our own prediction/feeling... in that case, why not give it a try? After all, most of us like to have support for our thoughts, even if it comes from AI.

This is actually a pretty good accuracy rate...probably better than many gamblers. But does that mean we should fully rely on AI? I don't think it's a wise move, but I also think it's fine to use it... it processes info quite well and saves us time. So AI is probably an excellent consultant, but the final decision should always be ours.

It's definitely possible. There are plenty of reliable value betting and surebet softwares out there these days that aid us with sports betting which is why we cannot rule out reliable AI tech in the future that can aid us with crypto price predictions as well.

AI can be helpful in predicting trend especially repetitive ones which may be the reason many traders are resorting to AI for assistance in their trading. But just like everything else, it will have its flaws which need to be weighed with the advantages to be able to make the best decision. I'm unsure of what this thread is even about. AI price predictions have been a thing for like half a decade now, but they've been widely accessible for at least 1-3 years. Many forms of trading is gambling. The ex-best trader in the world says so so that settles that.

I always say that Ai does not understand any kind of emotion, it always makes direct decisions. Information can be extracted very easily with Ai, but it cannot make an accurate prediction. Ai will only analyze the past history and calculate the average and make a prediction which will not always be accurate. The market conditions that were there in the past and the pattern that the market was running in this season did not follow that pattern. So how can Ai make a true prediction by analyzing the past history. Ai helps us in many cases, but it cannot give us a 100% solution in all cases. Ai can never do the work of a human completely.
