BC Game Exploited My Gambling Addiction I Demand a Full Refund

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding BC.GAME’s failure to uphold responsible gambling standards, which has resulted in significant financial and emotional harm.

On 28th September 2024, I explicitly informed my BC.Game VIP Host that I was experiencing severe distress due to gambling losses, acknowledged my addiction, and requested help. Instead of taking appropriate action (such as imposing cooling-off periods, self-exclusion, or directing me to support resources), the representative provided me with a bonus and told me to "fight it back." This response actively encouraged further gambling despite my clear admission of a problem—a blatant violation of ethical and regulatory obligations.

Since that date, I have continued to lose substantial sums of money on your platform, exacerbated by your team’s negligence in addressing my vulnerability. I now request a full net deposit refund for all funds deposited after 28th September 2024, as the platform:

Failed in its duty of care by not intervening when I disclosed my addiction.

Encouraged harmful behaviour by incentivizing continued play with a bonus.

Ignored responsible gambling protocols required under licensing agreements.

Since you have started a thread, you should provide as much evidence as possible, such as screenshots or other images.

Although I must say, you told the VIP host that a year ago and you're only opening the thread now? A year is a long time to lose a lot of money.

Although from experience, and unfortunately, I'll tell you that these responsible gaming measures don't usually help much because if a problem gambler can't play in one room and feels like gambling, he'll end up finding another one where they can lose a lot of money.

I was expecting to see more complaints like this after watching the success of 'SimpleMachin34' with his attempts. The user has already managed to get refund from two casinos by creating scam accusation here.

Anyway, you have to add enough evidence of your claim. Why have you played continuously at BCgame instead of raising questions about this a lot earlier? I doubt that you will receive any refund of your losses.

Instead he is playing the blame game. 
I am sure this guy whined at his host about losses, begging for a bonus (that's why he got one) and nothing else. Now he is twisting the story trying to blackmail (maybe yet again) another casino. Getting sick of this, honestly.

It's about 1 year now and you just got yourself to come raise and alarm over here and why didn't you lodged your complaint then? Maybe it could be that you were actually enjoying the bonus given to you and you only realized when you started losing again. To me I don't really think this has any effect or actions to be taken by the casino based that; when you started experiencing your loses and seeing yourself getting more addicted why didn't you request for a self exclusion? Again, after witnessing and sensing things that are not normal in your side why did you distance yourself from the casino and space for some period while you cool off yourself? Last year till date is about a year if I am not mistakenly.

I'm no fan or advocate of BC.Game, but the concern you raise was my first thought too. OP told his VIP Host about his gambling issues nearly a year ago and expected the host to act, like triggering self-exclusion. What I know for certain is that BC.Game has tools players can use themselves to initiate timeouts or self-exclusion. Ignoring those tools, accepting a bonus from the host, and continuing to play until now, right before lodging this scam accusation, doesn't quite add up.

At less reputable casinos, hosts and even support agents do dangle bonuses when players ask to self-exclude or take a break. From what I’ve seen, that usually happens and is more problematic where players don’t have the ability to initiate self-exclusion on their own through the website.

Edit: After re-reading OP's post, I’ve softened my position. The outcome here could depend on the nature of OP’s correspondence with the host. If OP cited severe distress, admitted to gambling addiction, and explicitly asked for help, that may place some responsibility on the host to act, even though BC.Game provides tools for players to initiate a break or self-exclusion on their own. That said, the fact that these "self-help" tools are relatively easy to find and OP chose to keep playing for a long period still weighs heavily against OP.

no casino will ever impose a self-exclusion unless a player explicitly ask for it.
also, i have been around enough degen gamblers to know that everyone complains about their losses to their VIP host to try and get a bonus out of them (me included, lol).

And it does seem like the kinda case where someone is trying to get this or that from a casino and their main argument is, "If you don't give me what I want, I'll say bad things about you on Bitcointalk". The text just reads that way. Plus the use of the emdash, its triggering to me.

Though all things up to this point pointed to a situation of no-case. Might will dismiss the case from those contacts by Monday.
