me i just feel like a lot of these so call benefits of gambling are just marketing tactics to make it look a little harmless. like saying it reduces stress or helps with money is kind of misleading because for most people!! gambling creates more stress and financial problems than it solves. casinos sure provide jobs and entertainment as well but that does not mean it is not risky. responsible gambling is possible but only if people personally set strict limits and see it as fun!! not as a way to make quick money. any article that talks about gambling should show both sides just to be fair to their players who are likely to pick interest like show the good and the bad side of it!! but anything other than that is just cheap promotion.

Sure gambling itself is not bad, that's if we really understand what gambling is all about. I disagree with you. It is the same whether you gamble responsibly or irresponsibly. Because if you are not lucky then you will never win anything good from gambling. You will only lose money constantly because your luck is bad. You cannot take your winnings for granted by using any kind of strategy. Let me cut you short here. It will be preferable if you say, gambling affects several/some individuals not ever individual. Gambling has no effect on me, to be honest. I think OP's point of discussion is to view the control of his losses as a benefit to him if not in reality there's literally nothing beneficial in losing whether it's a big lose or a small lose. I think you will only be benefiting when you are winning and at the same time controlling your loses. This is when you're considered to be smart and responsible enough as a gambler. Some gamblers do win their games but the problem they have is when they win consistently in three to four games, they just go ahead and keep gambling irresponsibly thinking they will keep win until they eventually start losing yet they won't stop thinking the same luck which made them win consistently will make them win back their losing streak of games.
