Ey guys anyone is experiencing problems with the pickem bracket challenge promotion for the world cup?
I just visited their World Cup Pick'em promo page. I saw the same message as you and was not able to do anything.
I talk to support and they answer all no sense like this one they said "you didnt complete the picks in the gruop stage" when you can clearly see in my image my picks..... after that more no sense said by the support.
I am also sure I completed the group stage. I even completed the knockout stage and predicted the winner.
Yes worst of all the customer support is saying to me im eliminated because of my wrong picks on the group stage...... What man that is not even in the rules..... And also yesterday i can edit my picks, complete no sense, i think this is a bug or a glitch in their system but we need to see it solved fast we dont have so much time until tomorrow.
I already have the rules and never said something like what the customer support is pointing out.
