I doubt they have read and understood the terms and conditions for claiming the free spin bonus. However, if they have indeed read and understood it, I believe they are different people as to claim this bonus they need to complete Level 2 KYC, which requires an ID card and likely cannot be used multiple times.

I also suggest the OP to update the link on your site, as I found it leads to your forum thread page not your profile account. As mentioned in point 2 of the Promotions Rules "Just send us a direct message (DM)" which means people who want to claim the free spin bonus should through a direct message, not through this thread. As suggested by others here, if you don't want your inbox to be filled with new user, it's better to start a new thread in Games and Rounds.
