Just checked out your site for the first time and it looks nice. Have some questions though. Do you plan to offer a VIP transfer for players with high VIP levels on other sites?
I' am asking because grinding through the levels is unfortunately not really rewarding so it seems. Having played at many sites already, while mostly obtaining a fairly high VIP level through millions of wager, I can tell that the level up rewards are actually much smaller compared to other sites. So the incentive to wager big is obviously also much smaller. Maybe you guys should rethink those numbers a little bit.

Just did the math and for example after 500k wager a player would have only gotten a total of 274$ in level up bonuses. Compared to other sites that pretty low.
Without naming other sites by name a big site for example pays a combined 760$ after reaching 500k, plus some loss back at every level up.
Other comparable sites pay between 350-500$, round about. Even smaller sites end up at around 300$.
So yeah, people that are looking for good rewards won't like the numbers I think. This is just an observation, no criticism and maybe advise, however you wanna see it of course. Your site looks nice and since you have some great people in here on board in here I want you to thrive!

Just giving my thoughts here. I usually don't do calculations on what's promoted -- those are the bare minimum I'd expect. And really, $500 or $1000 after wagering 500k, I've never been bothered. Nice to have more for sure;) For me, it's typically the treatment I get that feels more important: they remember you, they don't give you problems.
I didn't mention it before but Jackpotter VIP appears to have that very rare physical aspect I'd only ever seen in one other crypto casino: the "VIP IRL events". You know, where they take you out for exclusive gatherings, comp you all sorts. Be interesting to see or hear about such for Jackpotter.
On your very first question -- I think most crypto casinos would be all right to talk if you're open with them! I'd recommend you reach out to someone on LiveChat to check out their VIP rewards. Might change your mind? GL!
I get where you are coming from, yet for many people (and me of course) rewards are important. It gives an incentive to keep going when you are kind of close to the next level. When the reward is just like 30$ or something it's hard to get motivated to reach that, if you know what I mean.
At the beginning of course you might get remembered and the support seems more personal when you are one of the few guys that maybe wager a bit more. With growth though and becoming "one of many" that will be harder obviously.
About the real life complementary stuff, of course that sounds nice. Saw some other places do that in the past but for something like this you really have to be in the top tier of players on the site. Also I live pretty far away from everything, haha. Just makes it more difficult.
