Haha, this thread made me remember my relatives that are drunkards and at the same time, gamblers too. The disaster there is about on how they converse to each other when they play a local card game. I can't stop laughing whenever they're flipping or getting cards. The reactions of theirs are top notch and funny. But if it's with a serious betting, they'd probably lose to someone who's in the right mind. But even with real money from those local card games and played while being drunk, they're just honest to each other but the reactions truly are entertaining.

I have not experience it yet and it's a choice. Gambling is already risky to begin with, so if you play with the influence of alcohol, certainly it will be a disaster since you're not in a good condition to gamble. You can't think of wisely and chances are you'll be out of control, will just go with the flow without setting a limit. Hence, if possible don't play if you're under the influence of alcohol to avoid problems.

There was one time that I was drunk, although I could still move, and all the fear in my body was gone. So, I played slots nonstop without even thinking about leaving some money for the next day because I was just too angry to make up for the losses before I got drunk.

The next day, it's all regrets and a headache. I suggest not combining alcohol with gambling because it ain't gonna do us good. We tend to be excessively courageous, and that will result in a negative outcome.

It's mostly people that just gamble to entertain themselves that drink alcohol till they get drunk while gambling. If you are the type that is focused on making profit then you shouldn't go near alcohol because it's capable of clouding your decisions which can lead to losses. No, I never gamble while drunk. I try to avoid that situation because I could easily end up spending all my money on betting without thinking. As I mentioned in another thread, there was a bingo hall near my house (similar to a casino, but with bingo and slots only) that offered free snacks and beer. The only positive thing about drinking is that we don’t feel the pain right away because we’re enjoying ourselves. But once the alcohol wears off, that’s when we realize we did some stupid things. 100% that in such a situation, a person isn't focused on the game, but rather becomes emotionally consumed by the effects of the alcohol. Their pattern is to continue chasing losses even though they keep losing. Decisions are also made emotionally. So I agree that this behavior, not just a little bit, but almost completely changes the pattern of the game, leading to further consequences and additional disasters for the individual, especially if they are constantly stressed by the losses.

90% of people will lose their senses and play rubbish, but there are 1% of rare people in the world that gets things right only after they are drunk, or am I the only person that have meet such person before? Yes, it's true, this is the perfect combo to say goodbye to all your loved ones and all your money. Gambling and alcohol must be kept well separated and far apart, because one makes the other worse.

I have not had an actual personal encounter but for sure one thing i have known and noticed about this state and form of gambling has always been with the fact that at this state of mind, a gambler becomes more reckless with their gambling and are not gambling in their right state of mind which is considered a very risky way of gambling which will eventually turn out disastrous and cause them loosing so much and may later fall into depression after they must have gotten better after the drunkenness.

It actually does sounds like a whole lot of fun in the actual sense but the after effect is one which i don't want to believe the fun was worth for the only time we consider this fun enough will be in a situation whereby the gamblers has already has it in mind that the money they are setting aside for such is one which they are willing to loose in any case, they turn out that such funds is not a problem for them to loose eventually so they can have fun loosing it at the time.

Generally it is good rule to avoid alcohol with any activity that requires focus or self control. I heard a lot of stories where alcohol went hand in hand with other bad habits and it is like some sort of multiplier of bad habits.

In my opinion, when gambling, the most important skill is knowing when to stop, and alcohol can decrease inhibitions, which in turn numbs part of the brain that stops us from doing stupid things.

On the other hand people who gamble for fun will maybe enjoy gambling more, but it that case it's good to keep gambling funds limited to avoid spending fortune on gambling while drunk.

My life and in my memory, honestly I have never gambled in a state of drunkenness what else without conscious, because I am not the type of gambler who harms others.

In general, I see drunk people when they lose the bet, such people often see it, but not when they gamble, but when they lose gambling.

I understand drunk people should not enter the physical casino, when entering the physical casino has security, meaning that those who enter are truly healthy and normal, without drunk, everything will happen outside the casino.
