Government think they fight with alcohol addiction, but it all lead to shadow economy development. Now people buy alcohol "at the special spot" when shops no longer sell it. And only God know what people buy there, original or fake alcohol. Now more people got caught drunk driving, because instead of drinking at home or buying more at late hours, they drive to bars/restaurants/spot, drink more and drive drunk home. Marvellous decision from government. Simply the best... If government decided to limit gambling, they should expect more underground gambling. Possibly combined with illegal alco.
