I think this is not so easy to add sports betting for an No KYC casino, if they could do it for sure it will be already there, same as many more casino games, live tables and so on

Yep, in this game, you could easily be addicted to chasing wins, especially if you kept seeing other people getting good multiplier hits and those damn numbers keep climbing. 
BTW, a suggestion to the team: while I like how simple the overall site feels, I think it could also use a bit of touch up, maybe add more animations to the crash game? A rocket, maybe? Or better yet, since the overall theme of this platform is about BTC, put the BTC coin in there and add some graphs in the background.  Also, allow your users to hide certain UI elements, like the chat box or other users' bets, etc., and retain only the crash game window.

When it comes to cashing out it really depends on how much risk you’re comfortable taking

For example this user participated in our giveaway  https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5594490.msg67162000#msg67162000 and managed to turn the bonus into a profit the round eventually reached 245.59x, but he chose to cash out at 42.46x and successfully withdrew the profit from their bonus

Same observation. The ANN is almost dead since last November although it seems it is not a bad casino as I don't find any complaints elsewhere and they run giveaways. I think where they were announcing updates if not in their ANN bitcointalk. This casino running since about a year without issues can gain more trust that could attract more traffic by engaging in bitcointalk and running some promotional campaigns for better visibility.

Unfortunately, I did lose everything the night after 

I spent long, late hours trying to boost my balance with a good multiplier. I wasn't lucky, but hopefully next time.

My aim was either to leave the casino having hit a crazy multiplier or leave drained, fortunately for me, I left empty-handed.
