Good points, Mia. The reload issue on profile changes and alias updates definitely needs fixing. I also like the idea of showing “Bets in the last 24hrs” for clearer activity. KYC concerns and a simple hover guide are spot on too — small tweaks that could really improve the platform.

I also appreciate that you placed the tabs for casino, sports, and promotions at the top, since most other sites put them on the left side, which can be harder to navigate.

The title seems quite confusing; rather, your title will represent your platform in a short sentence. So find a better title for your announcement thread. You guys need to be active on your thread to answer queries from the gamblers. Try to solve if gamblers face any difficulties on your platform.

As I advised in a personal message, run your review campaign on the service section. Besides that, to brand your platform, you should have some proper marketing plans. If you think just creating an announcement thread would pull gamblers from this forum, then you might not be right.
