Thousands of students graduate every year, hoping to get a government job, but the government cannot create enough job opportunities for this large number of people. Understandably, everyone cannot work for the government. However, the government should provide facilities to entrepreneurs, so they are more inclined to become one instead of seeking a government job.

The entrepreneurs could create job opportunities for those unemployed people. Also, the government should monitor all the job sectors. My country's government didn't set any minimum salary limit. Those private companies basically paying anything they want, which sometimes below average. There are people who works for a month just for a $100.

Unemployment is one major Macro-economic problem that affects both developed and developing economies. It carries a dangerous threat that can become disastrous in the future.

In my opinion, both parties must play a role here. The government can do more to create decent jobs, improve the quality of education and training, and also support young entrepreneurs.

Similarly, young people must adapt to changing times and improve their skills to meet current job market needs. They can also take advantage of government-provided training and education programs to secure employment opportunities.

The important point here is that unemployment is a complex problem that cannot be solved by one party alone. The government, society, and we, the youth, need to work together to create job opportunities and reduce unemployment.

The phenomenon of unemployment among young people is likely occurring in almost every country because the current generation doesn't have easy access, especially with many corrupt governments and so on. Job competition in this era is increasingly fierce due to a much larger population than before and AI is eliminating many jobs especially entry level and administrative ones. When government policies don't favor the public especially the younger generation and then AI the two will certainly combine to lead to unemployment among young people perhaps the most abundant job openings in the future will be technicians or engineers.

So with these aspects the younger generation must take the initiative to work for themselves, not relying on the government as you mentioned. Especially in today's digital age there are many ways to earn an income as long as you have the skills. Therefore focusing on developing skills by validating them is a key step toward escaping poverty.

If the government cannot stop these corruption, the new entreprenuer won't be able to establish new business and cannot create job opportunity for unemployed people.

I think unemployed people who did not learn in their life and if person gave his time to any field then he is not unemployed at that time. People are wasting their time and they are thinking that government will give job to them because they are educated enough. People are doing no work in life which is needed in life and people should improve theirselves . We are watching young people who are in the addiction of drugs and they want to enjoy their life . Person should start work when is getting degree of matric because he should be habitual of that and if he will learn more and will do hard work then he will be successful in his life . I think one of the problems to look at here is over population, it’s actually being there since the down of time with humans multiplying at an uncontrollable rate. Several strategies have being put in place to ensure population control and the death rate doesn’t commensurate with it.

With a high birth rate, we would always end up with more and more persons that would turn out unemployed and that’s why entrepreneurship is always advised. However, we can’t ignore the roles of corruption in promoting all these deficiencies to a stable society.

   Japan has already gone too far and has too much debt while owing much to the retirees who powered the nation in the 1980's success story still. The answer for both is automation and a belief by Xi that robots, AI and technology can replace people.
  I will give one simple answer to that which is no product can replace a human, its impossible to replace that much growth and if you want a positive economy you must allow youth to grow not the giant debt and hollow currency currently handed out to those with the least of all.

I am also sure that of the many people who are unemployed, some of them have been frustrated by the difficult job search, in my neighborhood sometimes there are job vacancies but the administrative costs are a burden that makes it difficult and as a result they do not join the company that provides the job vacancies. I myself have experienced the frustration of looking for work.

The younger generation, especially Gen Z, has a very different view of work, they like work that is flexible and can be done from anywhere. Meanwhile, the government still emphasizes working in one place, enslaving employees, and strict rules. Isn't it contrary to the current style of gen Z?

If the younger generation is required to adapt then why is the government still adopting the traditional work system? This inequality will always be visible if the two do not understand each other's development.

When we discuss unemployment, we're not just talking about jobs. We talk about work that people might do. Let's say the government cannot assist people in getting a job, but they should not create a difficult position for these people who want to start their own business. Too much paperwork, corrupted government employees in the offices where you will have to go to get those papers is a problem as well.

Let's say I need a trade licence to start a new business. If I go to the government office to get a license, these motherfucker will ask for bribe since you are starting a new business. This is just an example. There are countless papers that you need and you will have to go through these difficult situations.

I think things like the rise of streamers and social media stars has been the market's reaction to this crisis.  I actually believe it has never been easier in history for a youth to easily earn massive amounts of money.  If I were a kid today, I'd have a social media following from streaming and making videos...  I'd probably be a multi-millionaire before leaving high school...  These new opportunities are also available world wide.
