Your screenshots don't actually show that you obtained any kind of "special bonus." You may have but we don't have any actual evidence of it. I can see that it was perhaps a bug that prevented you from getting credited for your winnings of the spin at 3:22:44, but we don't even know if your other screenshot of the Bet Details is associated with that issue or not. Assuming that it is, it is still a your word vs. their word situation, and there's no evidence of wrongdoing by BetFury.

Hi, I think you misunderstood, the last 1$ had no recv back (the recv back appeared after 26 hours), the 0.1$ hit, is when I go back to check if the round re-appear which is a different spin. The way I'm playing, is legal, and a unterminated round atleast if no bugs happens needs to re-appear once you access back the game. If you're a streamer or not we all should have same terms respected.

Hi , I don't think people complain for nothing. At this point by what you write means if you're not streaming/recording while you playing they can do whatever they want. But obviously proofs can show that the round vanished is a thing that I wouldn't notice if I wasn't getting back to retrieve & play my special bonus, more than this I cannot proof cuz I wasn't recording and on BGaming you haven't the possibility to review you're spins like on Hacksaw // Pragmatic. Hi, on that spin I hit x3 triggers. After 24 hours since that happened, the round was automatically closed (due to obviously some bug) and I received the 5$ refund (few hours ago) that is the exactly reward for hitting x3 triggers (balls). Problem is the 3 triggers equals to special bonus, so when yesterday I reassumed the game, I was suppose to have that special bonus (like I had on the other 3 games) but I didn't had it, like that round instead resuming get vanished in nowhere.

Obviously everything will match cuz I wouldn't do that with no reason. Even if , I gently asked it, to be checked within 24 hours because that round will be automatically closed as per game description, but obviously, for them sometimes doesn't matter. Hi obviously you can't play if round vanish, I have already been explained to the support that I need to be helped within 24 hours cuz I gonna lose the special bonus for no reason after i spend about 170 spins to get that bonus (obviously they didn't maybe there's a reason or maybe not who know since there's no transparency), PS: terms say in-case of malfunction (game rule says) all plays & wins get voided so they're breaking their own ToS. Hi, I'm not sure you're aware of how slots works. Rules indeed: round plays & pays. Not last bet, what you write ain't make sense because there wasn't a single bet involved (I'm assuming you're expecting to work like you just place a sport bet) and I will give a short example: if I place 100 bets on a football match and for some reason a team abbandon the match, as example then I will have 100 bets voided not my last one (atleast where rules are respected).


PS: because you keep saying I won 5 USDT on that spin (is the third time), please note: what I won is the special bonus (5 USDT are just a part of reward for hitting the 3 triggers), also to hit this bonus I did like 170 spins. So you keep comparing the amount I received as "refund" with the feature that I was supposed to have !


Knowing that I act as per their game rules and informed the support quickly about what happened, the team had 24 hours to retrieve that round to can continue playing my special bonus. Ok I just receive the answer, unbelievble answer. The team confirmed all I described and the special bonus being unused and round just get closed with 5$ reward for the 3 triggers I hit.
So now support claims it was my fault, for not resumming it within 24 hours (even that I contacted the support and asked to be helped with about 1 hour later since that happened and they didn't helped me before that round was going closed in 24 hours so for sure was some good reason behind), how you supposed to resume if that round doesn't appear back when you open the game, uhm. Cuz when I accesed the game I had a different round (a new one, instead getting the old re-assumed)  .

Hi, I'm not sure you're aware of how slots works. Rules indeed: round plays & pays. Not last bet, what you write ain't make sense because there wasn't a single bet involved (I'm assuming you're expecting to work like you just place a sport bet) and I will give a short example: if I place 100 bets on a football match and for some reason a team abbandon the match, as example then I will have 100 bets voided not my last one (atleast where rules are respected).

If I am reading this right it sounds like you basically want 170 spins voided? Issue with that is some of those spins won money and none of them except that last 1 had an issue, so you would only be eligible for a void of that 1 spin and a refund of $1 according to your example.

To some of you commenting in here, apparently you guys don't have a clue how a bonus hunt works. You guys might wanna go watch a gambling streamer or 2 and see how it works. The guy is spinning a slot til he hits a bonus, then closing the slot leaving the bonus round unfinished. He writes the slot down in a spreadsheet or a bonus hunt calculator with the amount he spun in on, and goes on to the next slot. Once his balance hits 0 he will open the bonuses 1 at a time.

Back to the OP. Some games do not allow you to save the bonus til later. Some games run the bonus round even if you exit the slot. You should have checked the game history to see if that was the case here as it may have ran and added to your balance. Cover all possibilities.
