Sorry but honest here bud, I don't understand what you business is if the dude decided to include a casino promotion in the end of a comedy video, whether the video is his or not, copying other people's content is something the outside world know how to do very well, I don see this is as a big problem because they are as well indirectly promoting the content and people in it which may include the real owner of the content..

We all are free to use our social media account to promote any casino of choice as long as the casino isn't a scamming one, not a phishing link and so on, clearly the dude that posted the above video might not be the real owner of the content he posted, but he is definitely an affiliate marketer for Roobet and he did is his way of promoting/advertising the casino to his subscribers, I don't see how this is a problem except you explain it to me.

Because it gets people's attention, if you have seen enough gambling ads, you'll notice that these kinds of ads are quite common and almost all casino probably do these kind of ads. To be honest, the video you showed isn't even that bad, there are far worse gambling ads than that.

Lately content advertisements have gone to another level and whatever can capture the minds of their audience is what they will do such as this one here, i dont see anything wrong with that between if there is content plagiarizing ot the right of the owner to sue them but in thia kind of content enforcement of piracy right is somewhat limited since there are uncensored contents.

Believe gambling promotions at your own risk. All gambling promoters and influencers who try to sell a particular casino or game to us often lie through the overhyped formats they use in presenting those casinos to us.

Online business is going in different direction lately. Many skit makers also find way to attach gambling ads or financial services to their videos and I believe they get royalty or some kind of payment from those companies. In the case of the said video, it is a very short video at the very last part of the comic show but I don't know if the post of roobet casino led to payment but that is streaming and should attract some benefit to the poster.

Anyway, I don't see anything wrong with the video. It is not the first that we are seeing and I just finished watching another skit video that a trading app came in as advertorial. The app makers or casinos are now collaborating with skit makers to showcase their business and nothing more.

I am really trying so hard to understand what the colour of your problem is about this video and the advert, that made you called out a whole continent. Do you know how big the continent of Africa is? Do you know if the owners of the video gave out their copyright permission to the person that made the advert for Roobet?  From your write up it is very clear to know that you don't understand what the person did is an advert. People run ads like this and even if they do it to make money then what's that problem? Everything done on YouTube is for tht purpose of making money. Sometimes it's possible for them to have copyright permission.
