Show some accountability for your own actions Jackpot.bet!
You chose to delay payment to a legitimate player for 3 months with almost no communication which is incredibly reckless and shows the kind of respect you have for players. Did you ever explain why it took so long or why you ghosted that player?  What was the reason and justification for this payment handling?  Do you think that is acceptable behavior? Do you think your negligent actions entitle you to back out of business agreements? Clearly you do. Not only do you show zero accountability you want to further damage your character by further attacking me financially?  Like the 45k debt owed wasn't enough?   Idk, but it kind of feels like you maybe don't have the finances to operate on a professional level?

In March, I entered into a 3 month campaign agreement with Jackpot.bet. Two weeks in, one of my referred players won approximately $100,000.
Jackpot.bet refused to pay out, citing vague “suspicious behavior.”
➡️ Original Discussion Thread
The mishandling of this situation and the lack of transparent communication caused players to lose trust immediately.
Activity stopped overnight. Instead of addressing the issue head-on, Jackpot.bet abandoned the campaign and shifted focus to other markets.
Three months later after severe community backlash, the player was finally paid in full, with no explanation for the delay or their prior accusations.
Throughout multiple private attempts to resolve the matter, it became clear that Jackpot.bet resented the community and had no intention of honoring the agreement.
After being ignored for months, I filed a public complaint on AskGamblers seeking third party mediation.
➡️ AskGamblers Complaint Link
Shortly after, Jackpot.bet closed my account, citing their “discretionary clause.”
This sequence of events demonstrates a pattern of retaliatory and bad-faith behavior, using vague Terms of Service clauses to financially harm those seeking accountability.

I feel that we, the players, accept that insane god-like discretionary clause in the ToS of most every site we play on because we truly believe that clause is sacred and will only be leaned on when absolutely necessary. To provide a safety net to protect both the players and site.  That it is supposed to be respected and never used in an immature, retaliatory manner and def not to avoid paying a debt owed.  I have to believe that this community will not tolerate such abuse and disregard to players.

How much do they owe you/did you lose?

I can't find much about them on here to see what their reviews are like. I know crypto gambling has had a few notable issues with sites scamming though.

What is described in the thread is not an isolated case, this is a typical pattern of behavior for some casinos. As soon as someone wins a large sum or demands transparency, "suspicious behavior" and vague references to the Terms of Service immediately come up. This is a banal evasion of obligations under the guise of "internal policy." Closing an account immediately after a complaint is filed is a classic form of retaliation. When a company starts using the ToS as a club against partners and players, the question of reputation becomes a matter of time.

Completely agree and it is totally uncalled for and should not be tolerated nor accepted.

I believe this thread kinda answered your question on my PM, and that I don't need to reply to the question on it, given... you've done it.

On to the topic, I unfortunately don't have their contact within my reach, and I don't think they even have an official  account here? Or are they? And as such, I can't offer much of help.

lol, yes, sorry. I couldn't help myself and went with the new subject title. I just felt that this thread deserves some attention because weaponizing and abusing ToS like that is up there with bet manipulations.

In regards to Jackpot.scam having a page on this forum.  I've seen it somewhere.  I think if you go thru the bitcointalk link regarding player payment issues I cited in first post, it might lead you there.

Statement on Jackpot.bet’s Refusal to Mediate

When a casino refuses to engage in any form of mediation regarding a legitimate business dispute, it signals one thing: avoidance, not confidence.
If you truly believe you have done nothing wrong, there is no reason to hide behind silence. Ignoring communication makes you look disrespectful, guilty, and cowardly.

I have been reasonable. I understood the position you were in after mishandling payment to a player. Despite that, I offered a fair and simple settlement to dissolve the previous campaign and move forward on new terms.

Instead, you dismissed that entirely with the statement, “Why would I pay for something that has lost value?”
That perfectly captures your lack of accountability. You admitted your own actions caused the problem, yet expected others to absorb the cost.

That is not leadership or integrity. That is bad business.
Failing to pay your debt and closing accounts under questionable pretenses damages both your credibility and your player trust.

Combine those two actions, and the conclusion is clear: you are not reliable, not accountable, and not a trustworthy casino.

Any company that avoids mediation or resolution for a legitimate business dispute isn’t quality enough to earn a review. Ignoring these matters exposes guilt, weakness, and zero integrity.

There’s a lot of casino in the past that ignored mediation for a dispute such as coins.game and many more that still operates until now even with active concern.

The problem is there’s still a lot of players that is not aware to active cases that being ignored by these casino that’s why they can still operate freely without affecting their business.

Their ANN thread still has an active scam complaint.

It disturbs me deeply. It's not ok to ignore these disputes when they involve money. What disturbs me even more so is the fact that players don't seem to care if they feel like it doesn't affect them directly.

It's not surprising that they're so short sighted.  If gamblers thought long term they wouldn't be gambling lol
