What happened::
Two days ago I signed up with Sportbet.one after seeing a redemption code for a 150 percent deposit match bonus that had only a 10 times rollover requirement for sports betting. I deposited 200.5231 USDT and received a matched bonus of approximately 300 USDT. I placed the following bets at the same time:

Tennis Jesper de Jong versus Jakub Mensik Match Winner Jesper de Jong for 300 USDT at 2.78 odds
Tennis Alejandro Davidovich Fokina versus Matteo Arnaldi Match Winner Matteo Arnaldi for 201.377 USDT at 2.75 odds

I won the de Jong bet and lost the Arnaldi bet, bringing my balance to 834.0001 USDT. I then placed my entire balance on Seattle Mariners versus Detroit Tigers Match Winner Detroit Tigers at 2.52 odds and won, increasing my balance to 2201.6802 USDT.

After checking the rollover requirement I saw I was close to completing it and needed to place a bet of approximately 1675 USDT. I placed this bet on Cleveland Browns versus Minnesota Vikings Match Winner Minnesota Vikings at 1.54 odds. The Vikings won, which should have increased my balance to 3006.1802 USDT.

However after the game ended I was shocked to see my balance reduced to 200.5231 USDT. Upon further review I saw that my bonus had been fully completed but was marked as cancelled. According to my notification history the cancellation appears to have occurred at the same time my last bet settled, as if all my winnings were wiped out the moment I became eligible to withdraw them.

I contacted live chat support and was instructed to email their support team, which I did. While waiting for a reply I also reached out via their Telegram account, which was linked on their website. Eventually they responded to my email stating:

Your bonus has been canceled due to a violation of the platform rules namely:
All customer offers are limited to one per person family household address email address telephone number IP or shared computer for example public library or workplace
Multiple accounts are not permitted. Creating more than one account with Sportbet.one to claim any bonuses is considered bonus abuse and may result in confiscated funds

This is completely false. I live alone am the only person using my internet connection and this is the only account I have ever created on Sportbet.one. I replied to their email explaining this but have not received a response.

I also checked Telegram and they directed me to use live chat again. I followed the instructions explained my situation and after a long wait received another generic response similar to the email. When I reiterated that this was my only account the chat disconnected and I can no longer access live chat. I was unable to take screenshots of the live chat due to this but I have screenshots of all other communications and am willing to provide them if instructed on how to upload them.

I have replied to that correspondence and told them what they say is not true and I have asked what proof they have, but I have not heard back. I have followed up multiple times.

Additional Notes:
TL;DR I deposited USDT with Sportbet.one and received a bonus with a rollover requirement. After completing the rollover all of my fairly won USDT was removed. When I tried to resolve the issue with support I was blocked and ignored despite providing proof that I complied with the rules.

They also scammed me last year, they are a scam platform.

Sportbet.one is no longer active in this forum because they got banned a few days ago from the forum for spreading malware. Their account was hacked, and the hacker was using their account to spread malware, which is why they got banned. I can see several complaints on their announcement thread which you can find here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5177893.480 and I want to believe this is typical behaviour of this sportsbook.

I will recommend you to create a complain on Askgambler.com and see if they come to solve your case.

It's just a draft for opening posts (you can just edit yours, no need to make a new one). This makes it easier for everyone to see what the case is about and sometimes safes some time one might waste reading through a long post. Some people just write a lot without saying anything.

As AHOYBRAUSE already said, you can edit the original post and update it according to the format. Just scroll up to the opening post, and you will see the edit button. You can make the necessary changes from there.

Unfortunately sportbet.one are not a listed operator on Askgambler.com, so I don't think they would be able to help.

This is really unfortunate. I'm not sure how else you can get a response from them, since they've been banned here as well. I think the only way you can push them is by sending emails and trying to reach them via live support.

I have unfortunately been blocked from their live chat. I was instantly blocked once I questioned why they think I have multiple accounts.

I have tried them via email too. I got an initial reply (as you can now see in my original post), but no follow-up since then.

Have you perhaps used a VPN when registering or when playing in Sportsbet.one? I've seen cases before where gamblers get accused of multi-accounting after using a VPN to access and gamble in a casino.

Anyway, I'll try to send their representative a PM informing them about this thread, perhaps they can give more context on what happened. Just a note that there is no guarantee that they'll reply or when they will reply.

No, I do not use a VPN. I have only ever accessed their website from the same computer using the same internet connection.

I would also like to mention that I also tried contacting them via telegram since they have a telegram group listed on their website (https://t.me/+ThXUpUG9AYLlgHs4). I said the same thing there that I said here, and they told me to use the live chat. I replied and explained that I seem to have been blocked from using their live chat. After I did that I was kicked out of the group and can longer join it. It also appears as though most of my messages I sent there were deleted too (I can still view the messages in the group but I can't join it again). I have not been aggressive or rude at all in any of my communications, but I am either blocked or ignored for every different way I try to communicate with them. I really have tried every possibility to communicate my issue to them.

This doesn't look good at all. No legitimate casinos would block players just for trying to reach them and discuss why they were blocked on other channels. The legitimate casinos would hear your words, and they would tell you the reasons. Usually, they kick out players and ban them only if they do not have any logical explanation and they are guilty. So, I assume they are running some kind of scam, and when people reach them, they block the players.

You seem good with your thread so far, but we know for a fact that people don't always tell the whole story. They only present it as if they are the victim. So, we need to hear from both sides to come to a conclusion. I hope you will be able to communicate with them somehow.

The link to their Telegram group, taken directly from their website, is https://t.me/+ThXUpUG9AYLlgHs4. In the chat, if you scroll back, you will see some of my messages that were not deleted (at least at the time of writing this).

I seem to have been blocked from using their live chat. When I click on it, nothing happens. I am not the only one experiencing this. Someone else in their Telegram group also complained that the live chat is not working (one of the latest messages there). I am sure they are aware of the issue, but they have not addressed it, as they later posted a promotional video without responding to this person’s complaint. My theory is that they block access to the live chat whenever a complaint is made.

They also do not respond to emails sent to their support address (support@sportbet.one).

At this time, I unfortunately have no way to communicate with them.

Just a quick update on everything...

I have not received any replies to my follow-up emails.

It also appears as though my account has now been blocked, it does not successfully sign in, even after resetting my password. I have no way to know if this is a technical issue or deliberate as I am either blocked or they don't respond to all support methods.

I just saw this. Sadly, it looks like their account got compromised and posted a malware/suspicious link, which got their account banned. I don't even know if the account will be restored.

Instead of asking for their compromised account to be restored, they should ask if another representative of their casino could create another account for their casino's ANN thread and tackle the issue involving their casino.

I'm not sure if this is allowed. I'm unsure whether the ban applies to the company or the individual. If that applies to the person, then it was the hacker. Those who no longer have access to their account. Therefore, the company should be able to create another account and continue posting on the forum. But the best idea is to try recovering the account.

Also, your idea is not bad. Their support agent should be able to create their personal account and tackle the issues. As we can see, the number of complaints is increasing in their thread, and their reputation is being damaged as a result. They are not available on any mediator website as well. I hope they will find a solution soon.
