If you're tracking the price of Silver - STOP, and tracking Bitcoin. It's the only asset that will matter during the next Bull Cycle.
That's right but still I would never advise others to stop diversifying. It's just not a good idea to not-diversify. And considering that diversification is only possible when you look into assets that are not directly linked to bitcoin (with no correlation between their markets), that makes precious metals excellent choices. If you don't like silver like most people don't, then look into others like gold. But don't fully ignore them.

But would you suggest our fellow PLEBS to diversify into Silver, knowing that it will not surge for at least a decade? It's NOT that I don't like Silver or diversifying. It's because it would be better for us PLEBS with limited capital to only HODL Bitcoin as a hedge against the legacy financial system.

Oh. That little info changes a lot though. If someone has a small amount of money to invest, then yes of course stick to bitcoin only and forget about diversifying. It won't be worth the effort. But my post was general one, assuming one has some capital that allowed them to diversify. In that case I would say diversify into "precious metals". Which one, depends on personal preference. Some people like silver because it is cheaper and they find it easier to purchase. Some go for others like Platinum to be "fancy"! But most people go for gold since it is more "popular" and can be found everywhere easily. If I wanted to suggest something, I'd suggest gold too (physical coins not jewelry and definitely not anything virtual). Standardized gold coins should be found everywhere I think, which can be as light as 1 gram and are reliable. It costs something like 100 bucks so they aren't that expensive either.

It won't be worth the effort. 👍 We're mere PLEBS. We don't have the size of capital in the millions/billions that actually should take diversification strategies. But my post was general one, assuming one has some capital that allowed them to diversify. In that case I would say diversify into "precious metals". Which one, depends on personal preference. Personally, I believe the metals trade is over and that might not come back for a longer amount of time than projected. If I wanted to suggest something, I'd suggest gold too (physical coins not jewelry and definitely not anything virtual). Standardized gold coins should be found everywhere I think, which can be as light as 1 gram and are reliable. It costs something like 100 bucks so they aren't that expensive either.
Physical Gold is going to be a good investment if you're going to HODL it. Although storage could be a problem for very large amounts.

People are Investing in metals because gold is good investment and millions of people gained money from that and they are rich people of the society. Many people want to invest in silver because it's price was up when Donald trump started the War and after that we saw dump in the market and now silver price is at 57$ per ounce and many people who invented at low price they got good profit and that is profitable investment. My friend also Invested in that and he invested when price was at 46$ per ounce and he didn't not sell when price was over 100$ which was fooly step of that person and he sold at 80$ per ounce and again invested in that because he want to be successful in trading.

Its not just metals, there is a commodity boom overall for probably a decade or more. Its not in isolation but a consequence of extended inflation for a generation or more. Much production is under invested and cannot be increased easily so silver has a poor supply situation relative to demand.
Price is always secondary to other factors far greater and inarguable then traders speculating back and forth. Perhaps silver does stay under 100 for the rest of this decade but that'd still be far greater then expected at the start of the decade. I dont think its going back to 20 or even 30 unless industrial demand stops because economies stop. Its alot harder to judge where supply also will vary alot but here its not especially, as I understand it.

Are we going to see another major dump in precious metals market?I think there is enough reason to at least be cautious in the short term. Click on the following quote and read my full comment if you like but the key points are the same: Why the dump? It's a combination of things. The interest rate is what the economics are saying as the reason (pulling money from gold market into bonds) but that's temporary. ~
To cover that increasing deficit they started liquidating their assets. One of the largest dumps by the Arab dictators were on the gold market. Of course a lot of other countries were forced to do the same as the consequences of US regime's aggression. Countries like Turkey facing currency devaluation.
- Considering how the US regime is getting increasingly more desperate every day and how they are increasing their aggression again, - and also considering the devastating Iranian retaliations over the weekend (Thursday and Friday) that obliterated two dozen strategic targets in Omman, Joran, UEA, Qatar, Saudi usurped Arabia,... - and also considering the fact that Yemen has had enough of the inhumane blockade of their country's sea and air ports and yesterday retaliated against the same Axis in response to the terrorist attack on the international airport in Sanaa, Yemen - and how armed forces of Yemen started imposing new restrictions on ships going through Strait of Bab al-Mandab (Iran shut down Strait of Hormuz by the way in response to US aggression) - etc. we can expect global economy to be significantly disrupted as a result of US regime's destabilizing wars (something I explained a long time ago here). The result could be another mass liquidation of assets by governments to cover their deficits, prevent currency devaluation, etc.

If you're a long-term investor, it's definitely not the right time to start accumulating Silver. BUT Bitcoin, because of its Four-Year-Cycle, it could be the right time to start buying every DIP.

A couple of months ago I watched an economist (a college professor) speculate that this year (2026) will be the year of market manipulation and profit taking. She argued that we were gonna see a much more volatile market and many of what we in crypto-space know as pump and dumps. After this phase she argued we see the next leg up. It makes sense too. We've seen this in bitcoin market as well. - Bull run starts: Price goes up a lot and reaches an ATH - Bull run runs out of steam: Price correction occurs and bear market begins - Accumulation phase starts: Price is stuck in a tight range, going up and down - Bull run resumes: Price shoots up again As I've explained before, the reason why the world started accumulating precious metals (ie. increasing global tensions and US regime's destabilizing wars leading to more dedollarisation) is still there and is a strong reason. So... logically speaking the accumulation and rally should continue in the long run. If you're a long-term investor, it's definitely not the right time to start accumulating Silver. BUT Bitcoin, because of its Four-Year-Cycle, it could be the right time to start buying every DIP.
I agree. Right now the precious metals market is best left to the experts and the day traders who want to make money from the fluctuations. They can always come back later when the rally begins. For the rest, bitcoin is the best choice for "investment" right now.

The truth is, the need for silver has always increased over time. But silver supply has also continued to grow alongside it. Compared to gold, we could even say that silver is found everywhere. Therefore, the main factor determining silver’s price was people’s belief that silver would remain a consistently high-demand commodity.
When we look at the chart today, we see a rally that is no different from the silver rallies that occurred decades ago. Those who bought silver very early on made good money, and those who made a mistake will either change their minds or spend years looking for a way to sell their silver at a high cost.

Bitcoin market in latest years has continued to work as its market cycle shows with bullish years and bearish years in one cycle. The market has still been bearish and the bear market completion is still ahead of us, basically we can not know when it will end. Experienced Bitcoin investors who already learned about the Bitcoin market cycle, experienced in this market with money and investment, actually no longer have need of finding that time. They know that finding market bottom and time of it is very challenging and almost impossible, so they do the easier things: accumulation, holding, and wait for profit in next market cycles. With metals like gold, silver and Bitcoin, people only try to correlate these assets together. While recent months, wars continued, gold continued its fall and people "realized" that gold and Bitcoin has correlation. While months ago, they saw things like wars boosted gold up while Bitcoin fell down.

Laughable to say that an actual Cycle of the market is "manipulation". It's merely about the more appropriate time to buy, and a more appropriate time to sell, no?
To some extent some of the market directions are "natural" but that doesn't change the fact that market manipulation dominates from time to time. Think of it as something with wheels on a surface with a small slope. The gravity will make that thing move (roll down) but very slowly. Now if you start pushing it in the same direction, then that thing will go down faster but if you block its move or start pushing it in the opposite direction, it can stop or even reverse. That's manipulation. Now imagine that on top of that, you could change the slope as well! This is what happens when there are corrupt regimes like the US regime, filled with oligarchs who want to fill their own pockets and they control everything, from policies to the markets and to the media. They not only push the market in the direction they want, but they change the "slope" as well. Let me give a realistic and excellent example from the oil market and the way US regime manipulated it so that the oligarchs of the regime could make millions. And this is something you can only find when looking at raw data not the mainstream media or tweets of the oligarchs. As you know 136 days ago on 2026.02.28, the US regime carried out a series of terrorist attacks against Iranians and with the devastating Iranian retaliations the most oil rich region of the world (ie. the Persian Gulf) turned into a war zone and the gateway to a large supply of oil (and a lot of other strategic stuff) was shut. You can see it in the raw data like below. And this situation started on 2026.02.28 and still ongoing without any major changes whatsoever. Let me repeat that: no ships except Iranian ships and some from friendly countries and a tiny bit from others who sign up with Persian Gulf Strait Authority passed. The drop in number is what you see below: That means so far 2.5-3 trillion barrels of oil have been deleted from the global market so far. The deficit is massive. Now go back and fetch all the tweets of the pedophile POTUS and compare them with the market fluctuations. You'll get very interesting experience on market manipulation. Here is one example I saved a while ago: Although those who didn't follow mainstream mouthpieces know this was a lie, but today everyone knows this was a lie. But now we can also see the market manipulation more clearly. Although during the time of instability in the Middle East, the Metals crashed and Crude Oil surged. We might see it again.
That was my speculation above. However, the way things are developing, this round may not last that long. Iran is delivering crippling blows to the US regime this time. Looking through the list of targets and what got obliterated (eg. KGL Logistics in Kuwait, sinking US Navy mothership and destroying Duqm military port, dozens of US airforce aircrafts in Jordan,...), there is a high chance that the pedophile POTUS would beg for another ceasefire a lot quicker this time. It seems like all they had tried to bring in and/or repair in the past 3 months got vaporized already in 3 days. In that case we may not see a similar crash in metals even though oil is going up very fast (already $85).

Plus the majority of the surge, then the crash, in Silver or in ANY market is simply because of the natural order of Market Psychology, no? There will probably many people that that's a wrong response, but OK, how and why did Silver surge then crash even if they say there's sustained demand from the A.I. industry? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Plus the majority of the surge, then the crash, in Silver or in ANY market is simply because of the natural order of Market Psychology, no? There will probably many people that that's a wrong response, but OK, how and why did Silver surge then crash even if they say there's sustained demand from the A.I. industry? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Usual for market not to move in straight line just because it has sustained demand. We can still see that psychology dominates. There are several people expect that Silver will surge for thinking that Ai demand will goes high for more. But when real time data of demand and supply show up didn't match the hype, the sentiments of investors quickly change. Those changes cause some dump, even if we say that there's real demand. Usually market react on how people expect on the situation, then I think next to that is its fundamentals.

I see the pullback as part of a wider bullish move and eventual new ATH. That is very different from the normal take that we rose too much then will fall back continually but currency weakening for years ahead and continued demand for silver I see the prospects as quite fine for mining silver profitably for years ahead. The main reason for a crash not occurring is supply is not readily available to increase in ratio to genuine demand. If it was all just another market ticker that spiked on speculation then a decade bear market or whatever negative would be expected. I think the prices rose with good reason and like oil many will maintain an inventory for their required usage, stocking up with lower prices supporting the silver price as a higher low.

Many people invest in precious metals like gold and silver, which have long been known as good investments. Throughout history, countless people have made good profits by investing in these metals. Silver is also subject to large price fluctuations. During major economic or political events, prices can rise, and then fall. Those who can buy at a low price have the opportunity to make good profits. Experience shows that in addition to making a profit, selling at the right time is also an important part of investing.

But instead of Gold and Silver, I believe Crude Oil is starting to make another surge again because war in the Middle East might be happening again? What happened to taking all the Enriched Uranium from Iran? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I've talked to someone working for over a decade in the precious metal sell and re-sell business. They have a very deep understanding of actual demand, production capacities and the market/(geo)politics relations. The company they work for as well as privately after the $100 price surge, they are slowly but surely acquiring as much silver for mid-term hodl as possible because with the current ~$65 price-tag silver is critically undervalued and all indicators point toward new ATH within this century way above the last spike. Now, obviously they are biased and have an incentive to tell this story, however we do have good connection and this person really wouldn't need and want to tell me something they don't truly believe themselves.
So not investment advice, just "what I heard".
And I know it's slightly OP, but would be very interested to hear you guys n gals opinion on copper.

But instead of Gold and Silver, I believe Crude Oil is starting to make another surge again because war in the Middle East might be happening again?
With Armed Forces of Yemen shutting down the Red Sea on the Axis, the oil price should now technically soar a lot higher than before ($200+). But don't underestimate the market manipulation... What happened to taking all the Enriched Uranium from Iran?
That delusional dream turned into a nightmare when 4000 pound Iranian missiles started raining on American terrorist bases across West Asia in retaliation.
