There's no need to panic about this, Bitcoin has dropped worse than this, so this drop is still within reasonable limits, and now the market has recovered to $112k USD, I feel quite sorry for those who panicked and sold at $104k USD, because they are easily influenced by short-term market situations, even though if they had just HOLD and not sold, they probably wouldn't have suffered a loss.

It is much easier to hold on your investment if the money invested was not meant to cover up basic expenses, people making several investments mistakes should as well be ready to face the consequences, now for those that sold majority will come back only to buy back at the price higher than their selling price, the best idea has always been to investment with a discretionary income or money that we might not be needing at anytime soon, try as  much as possible to develop that emotional preparedness that the market can go side ways so as to when it happens there wouldn't be any surprises, it is a volatile and unpredictable market which we should always be aware of.

In the last 24 hours bitcoin has lost over 7-8 percent of its value and price presently is about $110k recover from the bearish pressure which want as low as $107k, it's quite a surprising move, Although I made a post concerning an expectation of a potential liquidity sweep because of the imbalance of price below, but it ran so low and reasons may be because trump warns China of massive increase in tariffs or whale activities to take out liquidity. But this will defiantly leave investors in panic if it doesn't recover quickly.
Calm is the most decisive attitude. This is Bitcoin and not another coin so there is no need to harbor excessive panic.
Indeed, the price experienced a fairly sudden decline, giving rise to various speculations about where the next stop would be, giving rise to various analyzes about whether the bullish streak would end, which was predicted to reach $130k.

This suspicion is strong because of the influence of the two countries. Now it's back to $112k and potentially $115k.

But this will defiantly leave investors in panic if it doesn't recover quickly.
After the recent decline, I think Bitcoin will need some time to start an upward movement, so for now, there won't be much change. At least Bitcoin may continue to move sideways above $110k for a while. Many traders are panicking, we have seen what happened to them. As for investors, they may not be too affected, except for those who have just started holding Bitcoin.

Who can hold Bitcoin with their strong hands in this volatility will benefit the most from Bitcoin and those who panic at a slight drop in Bitcoin's price will lose their Bitcoin anyway. When the price of Bitcoin rose to $126k, many may have kept their positive attitude, but when there is a big drop, many are unable to hold their Bitcoin. For those who hold Bitcoin for the long term, a slight price increase or decrease cannot have any effect. Hopefully, Bitcoin will touch $120k again within this month. Since Bitcoin's bullish movement is still alive.

Today, Bitcoin down again from $115k to $109k. While the panic wasn't as intense as yesterday, strong selling pressure pushed the price to the support level of $109k. Right now, the price is hovering around $113k, which looks good, with the potential to return to $115k in the near future.

There is no significant risk for holders because even if Bitcoin experiences a sharp drop, it only affects the investment value but will not result in a loss of coins like those involved in trading.
That is why long-term investment in Bitcoin is much better for anyone who does not want to be exposed to risk, as any drop will not affect them if they can remain calm and not panic.
Many people have suffered losses due to the decline in recent days due to their involvement in trading and generally for holders it does not affect anything because they are not directly involved in trading.

It's true that, those who understand BTC's potential are eager to earn additional profits when the price drops, as they see the chart already rising significantly. Those who trade futures contracts with 75x leverage or higher during high momentum are the losers, as the price will rise againt after a new ATH is reached they think.

I agree, don't panic during the current downturn, because those who took a low, say $107,000 and then sold at $115,000 will likely regret it when the price quickly recovers to $130,000 or more. Yes, BTC does like to surprise, but only the strong will smile with satisfaction.

Compared to before, this drop is considered normal but we know that bitcoin has matured more than before. And for mature assets, a 7-10% drop in one day is not normal and should not happen. If this continues to happen, it only shows that bitcoin is still young and just a speculative, manipulated asset. Do you want bitcoin to remain a speculative asset forever and never mature? I don't want bitcoin to be undervalued that way, so for me the recent drop is not good and not normal.

Regarding there being many sellers at 102-104k, that is the nature of finance. If we want to buy at a better discount there must be sellers. How could we have bought it for $104k if no one was selling at that time?

I think it's because that there are some speculators who think that this could be the end of the bull run. That's why some of them might have been selling already specially at the start of the week as there are negative news. But it looks like everything has settled down at least a bit to $111k-$112k. And if that happens, we all know that it will go back again. This month history though is full of green candles. And the good news is that we still have two weeks or more before the end of the month. And with that, it's possible that we can go back again at least to $120k'ish and keep this month very positive for Bitcoin market.

The recent drop in bitcoin not only did not affect long-term holders but was even seen as an opportunity. If someone watches the market and can take advantage of the opportunity, they have a golden opportunity to buy bitcoin at a very good discount in a short period of time.

That is why even though I don't hate trading, if I had to give someone investment advice. I always want them to be long term bitcoin investors instead of traders.

Yes the new traders panic on such terms, the experienced ones find it an opportunity to grab more bitcoins at cheap prices to gain big returns at the end of the bull market.

Also those traders who are doing future trading with high leverage they all have washed out their accounts on this Bitcoin volatility. I can only suggest that apart from not getting panic it is important that the traders and investors keep most of the money in the spot so that they remain calm during this big price movements.

Yep, now is the right time to accumulate again if you believe that Bitcoin will at least reach its peak by the end of the year. However, for those who are less confident, especially those who believe that we are entering a bear market, it is better to wait.

Being a long-term investor is more peaceful than being a tense trader.
When the market crashes, traders suffer because they are more likely to be liquidated.

Perhaps they took action because they didn't anticipate the price would fall that far.

For those who don't trade but choose to buy for the long term, a situation like the one many traders experienced certainly presents a good opportunity to buy. While they typically only receive the usual amount of Bitcoin, when this happens, they can receive a different amount, which makes long-term buyers very happy.

I don't be afraid of Bitcoin price falling and recovering any longer, I keeps the price of Bitcoin as a friend whom I cherish, because I have experienced the price of Bitcoin falling almost every time, the price of Bitcoin is something we know that always changes, is not something that remains constant, so if it falls and increase with a little percentage, I will like a situation whereby I will experience it rising, my advice to people is that we shouldn't panic because the price of Bitcoin falls, because within a short time the price can increase more than our expectations, I'm strong if bitcoin falls and I'm also strong if the price increases.

BTC isnt especially falling, not on a trend or especially forceful way.   I think whats observably true is a breakout is backtesting the point at which it broke upwards.   So long as we stay in this area it will wear out the energy of sellers and we will return to being bullish.
The recent rise met the 50 day average and failed to go any futher, its come back down.  Until it really moves from here I wouldnt especially call it bearish or in a regular process of losses.  A selloff can be positive, like letting off excess steam is required is how I view it for the moment.

Despite the recent volatility, Bitcoin is holding up above $110,000. There is some talk about a coming bear market, but so far it just looks like a normal retracement. This means Bitcoin is still a strong asset to hold value in. We have seen Bitcoin go up more than 10% in a week, so it isn’t unrealistic to think it can get back to its previous high if sentiment can improve a little.

You are right if you called it a surprising move. It's Trump's remark on China that triggered this, but it was never targeted directly at Bitcoin or the crypto market. Bitcoin only decided to participate uglily, perhaps due to the nearing of the bearish phase. We can't even say it's targeted towards the risk-on assets at large because the FX market didn't react dangerously to that.

The reaction in the US stock and index markets caused the ripple effect that brought the negative chain reaction to the crypto market. Well, I expected the bearish movement in Bitcoin before then, which saved me from the buy position, which was my earlier preference. Though I never expected it as much as that.

It's really normal, just 7% dump is little. The problem lies on the fact that people are leveraging their position in low float altcoin and getting liquidated big time.
The spot buyers continue to hold as if nothing happened because such retracement is just very normal in crypto world. I'm holding BTC right now and my portfolio isn't even really bleeding.

That  could be in the technical side of it, but if you look at what is happening around, their is a big liquidations and everyone losses big amount totaling in Billions because the Trump administration continues it's tariff war against China.

And admit it or not, the foreign policy of the US since Trump took office has a effect on the whole financial market not just Bitcoin. So in a hindsight this could be the reason of the big dump that coincidences on what you are seeing in your technical analysis. Obviously, it there are no bad news, I doubt that the market will suddenly fall from as high as $122k to sudden drop to $109k.

this will defiantly leave investors in panic if it doesn't recover quickly.

Panic is inevitable for beginner investors, as well as for some traders who may recklessly try to chase losses from previous trades. Bitcoin briefly returned to $115k, but today it has fallen back to $110k. In situations like this, traders might be better off waiting for the next movement first. Bitcoin could resume an upward trend, but it could also move into a deeper price decline.
